Failure is something we experience literally all of the time. Failure can be one of our greatest gifts if we can be open to it, harness it and learn from it. Today, I'm going to tell you exactly how you can harness failure for a fitter, healthier life and a more peaceful relationship with yourself.

So, If you're often up and down, but you sweep it under the carpet and try the exact same thing over and over again, and don't feel like you're ever moving forward, then here are some valuable questions that you can ask yourself:

  1. What are the key reasons that I failed last time?
  2. What changes can I make to help negate or reduce those reasons?
  3. Am I truly willing to change?
  4. What will happen if I don't change?
  5. What changes am I going to commit to?

Think about these questions. Do you think we can learn from that failure to create a more positive outcome next time?
