A soft sit-down by the lake at Bhaktivedanta Manor, just outside London. Mark and Maria share a gentle go-rangga practice, simple breath, easy mantra, birds in the trees, big friendly fish saying hello. Light humor, heartfelt prayer, and a calm space to chant the Holy Names. Take a few minutes, breathe with us, and let the sound carry you into peace.

Speaker A:
Hey, Haribol. Namaste. Hare Krishna, peace be with you. And upon you. I'm Mark. And I'm Maria. And this is Juicy MagiK On the Daily.
In behind here is Garba Dakshaya, Vishnu Mahavishnu. We're in beautiful, jolly England. We're kind of outside of England, so to speak. Just outside of the material world somewhat.
This is Bhaktivedanta Manor. It's a beautiful estate that was donated by our wonderful George Harrison just before I was born, probably in this lifetime.
And we came today and we just wanted you to see we're gonna do a little baranga and just wanted you to enjoy this beautiful, incredible, idyllic scene here. We're very close to London, so it's like a suburb of London. So, you know, there's planes and trains and automobiles. But this is like a little.
I think there's 90 acres and a cow goshela. So a place where they have the most beautiful cows I've ever. And let's do a little meditation. Let's do a little transcendental meditation here.
Let's go. Ra Anga. Do five gaurangas and just ease into the sound. Just relax into the sound.
We offer our respectful obeisances to all our spiritual masters and to Bharuchitanya Lord Nichinanda. If you'd like, you can listen or just join us in a little Go Ranga meditation. Breathing in, thinking of the sound.
Breathing out, just saying or singing or uttering the name Goranga. Do five more. So nice.
Speaker B:
Sa.
Speaker A:
One more time. Hallelujah. Chant the holy names. Chant the names of God. Thank you so much for joining us today.
We hope wherever you are, whatever you're doing, that it's a good day. May peace prevail in our hearts and on earth. Thanks for joining us on Juicy Magic on the daily. Yeah, we'll just sit for a moment and you can take a.
Just listen to the birds and the. There's little fish. I smiled. There's little fish coming to the surface. They're really big, fat, giant fish.
And everyone, no matter what their body type here on this land is being.
Speaker B:
They're huge fish that are big, like this huge fish.
Speaker A:
Big trout, big mouths, I think. I'm not sure. What kind of fish are they? Koi fish?
Speaker B:
No, no, no. They look like trout.
Speaker A:
Try with the freshwater fish. And all beings here are being bathed in this wonderful transcendental sound. Very much super goodness. Mode of super goodness. Sat Shuddhishat.
Speaker B:
Wow. They just kept coming to the surface with the left hand.
Speaker A:
I heard them when we were doing longer, it was like I was laughing. Really cute. Namaste, Haribo. Peace be with you. And upon you.
