A huge factor in burnout is the stress related to feeling like you do not have enough time to get everything done in a day. WE often feel like there is so much to do and so little time. Learning to set priorities and intention is important for each day. This will get back hours in your day resulting in less stress and and less chance for burnout in the long run.
