Welcome.
This is a space for being with yourself.
Not fixing. Not improving. Not analyzing.
Just… being.
Being with what is alive.
Being with what rises.
Being with what you may not yet have heard.
There are no rules here.
Just two invitations…
First…
Don’t judge what comes up.
Let go of labels like good or bad.
Let what comes up be what it is.
It doesn’t need to mean anything.
Second…
Don’t analyze.
Let your mind soften.
Let go of making sense of it.
Let go of categories or definitions.
Instead… explore.
Follow your thoughts like you would follow a dream.
Follow your curiosity.
Let yourself wander. Let things be.
You’re here to listen.
To yourself.
With yourself.
For yourself.
I’ll offer a thought or question. A seed.
And then you’ll have 30 minutes of uninterrupted space…
To be.
Here’s today’s seed:
Grief isn’t only about death. It can come after any loss.
The loss of a relationship, of an old version of you, of a favorite comfort item or place.
Life moves in constant endings and beginnings.
And sometimes, grief becomes the space that marks what came before… and what is no longer.
It can feel like a bridge.
Or a sacred pause.
Or a weight we carry quietly.
So for today, this week, or however long you need…
I invite you to listen.
Is there something that wants to be grieved?
A part of you that was left behind…
A moment that quietly ended…
A goodbye you never fully spoke…
Let it come without needing to name it.
Let it rise in its own time.
What might be asking to be honored… just by being felt?
And now, the space is yours.
Be with whatever comes.
