Let’s keep the ripple going — because your voice is not just content. It’s a catalyst.
Most coaches tell you that more content equals more
2
:clients, and I think that's wrong.
3
:I feel more aligned content equals
more clients, and I know this because
4
:right now I am sitting on the floor
surrounded by boxes packing up my six
5
:years of life here in Okinawa, Japan.
6
:I'm currently on my cycle parenting
a toddler, and somehow running
7
:one of my calmest most profitable.
8
:Months yet.
9
:So right now in this episode, I'm giving
you five things to stop doing so your
10
:content can finally start converting
while you're packing, parenting,
11
:or maybe protecting your space.
12
:So grab your cup of whatever's keeping
you grounded and let's get started.
13
:Speaker 2: Welcome to Heart LED CEO, the
podcast for women wellness entrepreneurs
14
:who are ready to build scale and automate
their businesses without sacrificing
15
:their soul, sanity, or authenticity.
16
:I'm Anacani Walters, a
nurse turned entrepreneur.
17
:Military spouse, first time mama in
my forties, and a recovering burnout
18
:survivor who's making it a mission
to help heart led women just like
19
:you, create thriving businesses that
really feel good, do good, and give
20
:you the freedom that we all deserve.
21
:Because here's the thing, you don't
have to hustle harder to succeed.
22
:You don't have to drown in tech
overwhelm or try to do everything
23
:alone, and I'm here to give you the
strategies, automation tools, and
24
:mindset shifts that will help you
step fully into that leader, CEO, and
25
:impact maker that you are meant to be.
26
:If you're ready to grow your business in
a way that aligns with your values and
27
:your life, you are in the right place.
28
:Let's get into today's episode.
29
:Speaker: Hello, my beautiful friend.
30
:Oh, welcome back to another
episode of the Heart LED CEO.
31
:I have skipped a week and I was
going to skip this week, but I
32
:decided no, if you could see me
right now, you would totally laugh.
33
:I am like surrounded by boxes.
34
:I am gonna say that packing
is not my strong suit.
35
:My husband would agree.
36
:And I'm literally like in my head
thinking, what else do I need to pack?
37
:'cause we have like different.
38
:What we're gonna take on the plane,
what they're gonna take tomorrow, so
39
:that it arrives shortly after we arrive.
40
:And then what's going to arrive in a
ship somehow in probably a few months.
41
:And what to take, what's priority.
42
:And it's a little bit like, ah, decisions.
43
:Decisions.
44
:My suitcases Hal zipped,
and I am actually okay.
45
:I'm ready to release old stuff,
like it's a spiritual detox.
46
:I'm sleeping better every day
that I pack up a little bit more.
47
:And I have to say that this move
has really been more than just a
48
:physical move simply because it's
been six years, like all of three of
49
:my businesses have been birthed here.
50
:I became a mom and birthed an actual
human here, and my husband and I have.
51
:Built our marriage relationship here.
52
:I mean, we literally got married
and then moved right here.
53
:So it's just been kind of a
rollercoaster of a lot of things, a
54
:lot of growth, a lot of memories, and.
55
:It's basically become this masterclass
in letting go of clutter, of
56
:perfection, of overcomplicating,
what actually sells in my business.
57
:And somewhere between,
decluttering, taping boxes, and.
58
:Timing, you know, these contractions
of like my own resistance of
59
:moving, of leaving, of letting go.
60
:I've realized that our content can
also get cluttered the same way
61
:our homes do without us knowing.
62
:I feel like sometimes we
keep too much just in case.
63
:If you're one of those personalities
that want to be prepared,
64
:that's how we find comfort.
65
:Sometimes it can be used against us and
we hold on to old strategies and old
66
:voices, old fears, and with things the
way they are moving in our society, in the
67
:world, especially now with AI in the mix.
68
:We have to learn to also evolve and
make room for new growth and new
69
:opportunities and new learnings.
70
:And so I wanna make sure that
we just kind of clear our.
71
:Our spaces together, and I wanna give
you five things to stop doing so that
72
:your content and your business can
feel like they can breathe again.
73
:Now the first one is to stop
posting without a point.
74
:I used to really be in this space
where I just was in this mindset
75
:of more is better and sometimes
pretty much posted without any like.
76
:Thought, just, I'm going to just
share whatever's going on, and I'm not
77
:gonna have any like, call to action.
78
:I'm not gonna have any purpose to this.
79
:It's just so that I can stay present.
80
:And when I scroll back through
my own feed, even just from
81
:a year ago, I can see it.
82
:And you know, there's.
83
:Not necessarily in my Empower her wave,
but when I go through my Fat Mermaids
84
:Instagram account, or even what I
used to have as in my old Anacani
85
:Walters, my personal Instagram that
I switched over to my business and.
86
:I can see it even there, like
it is just a havoc of craziness.
87
:It is pretty in some places,
but there's no strategy.
88
:It feels kind of sporadic and unclear,
sometimes confusing, and if your post
89
:doesn't solve a micro problem, especially
right now in the way that people are
90
:being able to create content without.
91
:Like in seconds, it becomes just noise.
92
:And so I really want you to start
thinking about how you create content.
93
:And think of it as when you're
creating your content, ask yourself,
94
:today I'm helping her with, and then
fill in the blank with like a small
95
:win and what your call to action is.
96
:Okay.
97
:One, a line step that guides them.
98
:Your North star, your dream client,
the person that you would love to work
99
:with, and if it is not helping her.
100
:Your North Star get to where you want
them to go to, then it's just kind of
101
:fluff and it's probably wasting your time.
102
:And so it really is about creating
content with intentionality.
103
:It is great to show behind the scenes
and to be human and to be funny,
104
:but it also needs to make sense.
105
:Now, the second thing that I want you
to think about is to stop serving.
106
:10 audiences.
107
:When I first started teaching
standup paddle boarding,
108
:and then I went into yoga.
109
:And I was also mentoring military spouses.
110
:I really thought that I was just gonna
be able to talk to all of them in one
111
:Instagram account, but I kept getting
the same message over and over and over
112
:again from different people, different
coaches, and when I really just swallowed
113
:my pride and took a look, I realized that
they were right, that when you try to
114
:speak to everyone, you speak to, no one.
115
:You know, one message
cannot minister to everyone.
116
:You need one listener, one
moment, one medicine, and when
117
:you can say it out loud and clear.
118
:It makes so much more sense to everyone,
especially when you're on a platform
119
:that really favors like directness or a
situation where they can understand, they
120
:know exactly who you are, who you serve,
and what type of content you're creating.
121
:So when you say it out loud.
122
:Today I'm speaking to the overwhelmed
prenatal yoga teacher trying to
123
:sell her first one-to-one package.
124
:Then it's like, okay, that is very clear.
125
:I know what I'm doing.
126
:And somehow that feels like it will.
127
:It feels grounded.
128
:You will feel grounded.
129
:And then if you say it out loud
and it doesn't, then you know
130
:that you can go back and tweak it.
131
:And that's why, and I encourage you,
like if you have the app for Chachi pt.
132
:And if you've been in any of my courses
or you've been inside of my monthly
133
:membership, I show you how to use the
voice notes so that you can naturally
134
:speak things out loud and have a
conversation with your AI that's trained
135
:in your brand, your voice, your dream
client, your final outcome with all
136
:your offers so that it can respond
to you, not just as a general ai.
137
:And agra like a, a bounce back, but
as a strategic partner, and that
138
:is how we start to build clarity.
139
:Now the third thing is
stop writing novels.
140
:No one's going to finish.
141
:It's really a very simple formula.
142
:You need a hook, something
that will catch them.
143
:Usually, most people only get to see the
first six words of whatever you're typing.
144
:It needs to provide some type of value
or resonance or help them self-identify
145
:with you as a human, and then you give
'em one thing to do and that is it.
146
:That is your CTA, your call to action.
147
:Your content doesn't need
like an entire memoir.
148
:If that is your writing style,
then I highly recommend that you
149
:think about blogging or podcasting.
150
:It just needs to be a
portion of your heartbeat.
151
:Not every heartbeat that you're
going to, you know, that your body
152
:produces you know, in a long framework.
153
:And so I wanna try, I want you
to try this micro framework.
154
:I want you to think of a hook, like
something usually number oriented.
155
:Three mistakes, killing your
freebie downloads, or three mistakes
156
:that actually ruin your posture.
157
:Or three mistakes, birth workers
don't talk about or, you know,
158
:like, no, maybe that's not the right
one, but you know what I'm saying.
159
:Think of something, three mistakes,
and then fill in your blank that's
160
:causing a problem or that is a problem
that your dream client, your North
161
:Star, maybe not even be aware of.
162
:And then what it would solve a solution.
163
:It's basically giving them a
mistake that's happening and you
164
:help them fix it, and then you give
them some type of call to action.
165
:You can have them send you a trigger word
by commenting, like, comment, co magnet,
166
:or comment mistakes or comment, birth
circle or whatever for your freebie.
167
:So when you're, again, going back to.
168
:Number one and two.
169
:Where are we leading them to?
170
:What do you already have
that you can offer to them to
171
:welcome them into your circle?
172
:It needs to be short, A service driven,
soul led, something you've created
173
:that you love, that you are happy,
that you are proud of, because then
174
:it'll help you talk about it even more.
175
:Sometimes we create things because
people are telling us that's the.
176
:The thing to do, but we're
not excited about it.
177
:It probably took you a really long time
to create because you have that resistance
178
:to it, but you're still pushing yourself.
179
:You're still doing it anyway because
you're following someone else's,
180
:like, instinctual advice instead of
listening to your own too, and finding
181
:some medium or finding something
that will align with you but does
182
:the same, offers the same solution.
183
:And we talk about this in my monthly
membership and in the alchemized content
184
:method, which is my signature course.
185
:And then you are just going
like, the content just flows.
186
:You get excited about creating this stuff.
187
:And then number four, stop
launching from adrenaline because
188
:I used to do this all the time.
189
:But when you post from panic.
190
:Because you're like, oh my
gosh, I haven't posted today.
191
:I need a post.
192
:Guess who feels it?
193
:Your audience does.
194
:And I learned this the hard
way, rushing through lunches.
195
:I was like attached to these
outcomes and I was wondering
196
:why it all felt like static and.
197
:Just disheartening.
198
:And it was, I was a mess.
199
:Everything else felt a mess
because I was rushing into it.
200
:I had no strategy.
201
:I wasn't listening to my body, to
my rhythm, or to my, my North Star.
202
:But then I built like a
10 minute weekly ritual.
203
:Instead, I set a timer.
204
:I picked one message, and then.
205
:I followed the same thing I just gave
you, and once I started to do that,
206
:I used my own system, which I teach
you in the alchemized content method
207
:where I basically focus on one thing
that I want to promote, guide people
208
:to, that I know will help them figure
out which one of my North stars, my
209
:dream clients would align the best.
210
:And when I talk, I talk to that person.
211
:And with my AI system that I've built to
help do a lot of the heavy lifting, it
212
:helps me create real hooks and carousels
and email subjects and blog titles and
213
:real ideas and YouTube video ideas.
214
:And it lets me hold a system
that holds me instead of forcing
215
:myself to hold everything.
216
:And the last thing is
stop skipping the ask.
217
:This one's crazy personal.
218
:For years, literally, I taught,
I inspired, I gave value,
219
:but I never invited anyone
to do anything else with me.
220
:Not to go deeper, not to sell anything.
221
:Oftentimes I was like, here,
just have this for free.
222
:No worries.
223
:You don't have to pay me.
224
:Guess what that is
self-sabotage in disguise.
225
:And I want you to just, you
are dealing with money blocks.
226
:It's okay.
227
:We all do.
228
:That's why I built it in my Ignio
ritual app as something that I have to
229
:go through when I get those resistant
points and start to tell yourself that
230
:every yoga class, every birth, prep.
231
:Circle every, chakra realignment
session, every fitness workout,
232
:everything that you do deserves a sacred
invitation to continue to work with you.
233
:It doesn't need to be pushy.
234
:You are just making an exchange
of energy with open palms and
235
:saying, here's the next step.
236
:If this is something that you
enjoyed, that it helped to help you,
237
:you know, to help you even further.
238
:And that my friend is aligned leadership,
and I know it is one of the hardest things
239
:to do, but once you start to build that
muscle, it becomes just second nature
240
:and you no longer see it as something
that's icky or salesy or discomforting.
241
:You start to realize that it
is a true exchange of energy.
242
:And that's how you treat it as
opposed to a monetary thing.
243
:So as I box up literally the last pieces
of this chapter of my life here overseas,
244
:I am realizing that your business
isn't meant to carry everything either.
245
:When you start to strip away the
excess, what's left is your magic.
246
:That's the part that people
actually want to buy.
247
:That's the part that magnetizes
your North star to you and guides
248
:them to the right solution that
they are already looking for.
249
:So if you have time right now, you
can do this now or you can come back
250
:to this, but at some point this.
251
:Week or today, I want you to open up your
journal or your notes app on your phone
252
:and write your 32nd content compass.
253
:Have chat g PT help you and
I'll put this in the show notes.
254
:Write out your one person who's your north
star that you're going to focus on the
255
:one problem that you are going to give a
solution to and guide people on resolving.
256
:And your one promise,
how can you help them?
257
:For example, in 60 seconds, you'll
be able to, and that's your promise.
258
:That's going to be your next caption.
259
:It could be the spark to your
next podcast, or your blog, or
260
:your next reel, or your next
email, and then you'll be done.
261
:Now if you want my full system,
the one that completely and truly
262
:turns one message into 25 and more.
263
:Aligned assets without burning out.
264
:I encourage you to grab a seat
in the Alchemized content method.
265
:It is my birthday month.
266
:I am officially turning 44, and
while I am celebrating this beautiful
267
:birthday month, I am giving you a gift.
268
:It is only through October 28th, 2025.
269
:I'm giving you $44 off
for my 44th birthday now.
270
:This is my baby.
271
:This is my signature course.
272
:It is jam packed, super
intuitive, beginner friendly.
273
:You do not have to have any
experience with AI to do this course.
274
:It's strategy with Soul.
275
:I built it from my own brilliance
and my own experience for busy
276
:women in wellness just like you.
277
:The link will be in the show notes,
and again, the offer will end
278
:October 28th, my official birthday.
279
:And if this episode helped you breathe
just a little, gave you a little aha
280
:moment, or gave you some inspiration
to really sit down with yourself and
281
:make content intently with strategy and
not stress, then follow the show notes.
282
:Follow the show.
283
:Give a like, give a follow
wherever you're listening, so
284
:you never miss my mini talks.
285
:Leave a review with
your favorite takeaway.
286
:That would mean the world to me, which
also helps more heart led women like you.
287
:Find this space.
288
:Even screenshot the episode with
yourself and tag me at Empower Her,
289
:wave on Your Favorite Social so that I
can celebrate your next win with you.
290
:Ah, and as I wrap up this chapter of my
life, one truth keeps whispering to me.
291
:You don't need more stuff online or off.
292
:Guess what?
293
:You need more space and heart,
and that's starts with trusting.
294
:Trusting the process, trusting the
universe, and trusting yourself.
295
:As always, continue to be you.
296
:Continue to be beautiful.
297
:Continue leading from your heart.
298
:I will catch you in the next episode.
299
:Speaker 3: All right, beautiful.
300
:That's a wrap on today's episode,
but before you go, let's talk
301
:about something really important.
302
:You are not just another entrepreneur
trying to figure things out alone.
303
:You are a wave leader, someone whose work
is meant to create real impact, touch
304
:the lives of others, and make this world.
305
:Better, and I want you to know
you don't have to do it alone.
306
:If today's conversation resonated
with you, I'd love to keep this energy
307
:going inside of my free Facebook
community, empower Her Biz Collective.
308
:It's where we take these conversations
deeper with life trainings, tech
309
:walkthroughs, and real heart-centered.
310
:So.
311
:Support from other women wellness
entrepreneurs who really get it.
312
:So if you're ready for community
clarity and support, as you build
313
:your own business with heart and ease,
I'd invite you to come and join us.
314
:You'll find the link in the show notes.
315
:And hey, if you love today's
episode, make sure to subscribe.
316
:Leave a review if you feel inclined,
and share this with a fellow heart
317
:led women entrepreneur so that we
can build this movement together.
318
:Until next time, keep leading with heart.
