Speaker:

Welcome to 12-Minute Converse with Jesus Believers.

Speaker:

God chose first to have a conversation with us, His creation.

Speaker:

Our prayer is that this listening space brings growth and transforms your life forever.

Speaker:

Praise God for you, Rosemary.

Speaker:

It's a great pleasure to connect with you.

Speaker:

What part of the world are you in today?

Speaker:

I am in Hillsboro, Texas, brother.

Speaker:

All right, all right.

Speaker:

Deep south, yeah?

Speaker:

Deep south.

Speaker:

Where you born there?

Speaker:

No, I have to tell you, I was born up north in Cleveland, Ohio.

Speaker:

It's the only lake that caught on fire, so that should tell you enough, right?

Speaker:

Right there, right?

Speaker:

Yeah, I get it.

Speaker:

You know, one of the things that I saw is someone who was being hosted on 700 Club, and I thought to myself only this morning, wait a minute, that probably was never a dream you had, was it?

Speaker:

When you were living the life you were living with your mother.

Speaker:

No, it wasn't.

Speaker:

It wasn't at all.

Speaker:

It's amazing how God intervenes when you really truly call out to him with a broken heart.

Speaker:

But then the love that God had for you showed so true that you would be put up, that the light would be put on a hill to shine.

Speaker:

It's a beautiful testament, isn't it?

Speaker:

Yes, it is.

Speaker:

Yes, it is, and it's available to anybody, anybody who calls upon him.

Speaker:

What part of your story ended up being responsible for Recycled Woman?

Speaker:

When I realized that I had an alcohol problem on top of a whole bunch of other curses and dysfunctions, when I got into a group of people who were talking about where they were, how God met them, and how they healed, and their higher power was Jesus Christ, I realized sitting there that I never heard real true testimonies in church.

Speaker:

And I realized how many women were shackled in the congregation, in the church pews that were afraid to talk about their struggles, afraid to talk about what was going on in their life, and they were alone.

Speaker:

And that's exactly how the enemy wants us to be, is isolated and in shame.

Speaker:

And when I start hearing the testimonies of freedom in a non-religious setting, but still glorifying Jesus for their freedom, I knew by hearing these testimonies I was getting free.

Speaker:

And that's how I started Recycled Woman.

Speaker:

I started, God was, Holy Spirit was just leading me to people that I built a relationship with, and I knew that they had years of freedom in whatever it may be, abortion, adultery, numerous marriages, witchcraft, whatever the particular sin and curse was, they were walking in freedom for many, many years, and there was fruit from that.

Speaker:

And so I took their stories and I packaged it in one book, because we all had something in common.

Speaker:

We all were brought up to believe in God.

Speaker:

We all were sitting in church, but none of us were free, until we were able to share our stories and get the help and get it through, of course, the Holy Spirit and a good Christian believer that was there to help.

Speaker:

So that's why Recycled Woman was birthed, because the enemy took, wanted to take our trash and keep reminding us of it, where God took it and recycled it into something beautiful to honor his name.

Speaker:

Is the picture of the butterflies that I see on two of your books in alignment with that transformation?

Speaker:

Absolutely, because we're all caterpillars when we're born.

Speaker:

We're all crawling around trying to get those wings.

Speaker:

And you know, when you study the metamorphosis of a caterpillar that the Apostle Paul talks about in Corinthians, you know, you watch that transformation, you know, when they're in the cocoon, they have to struggle in order to build the strength up in their wings in order to fly.

Speaker:

So the struggle is part of it.

Speaker:

It's part of building that strength.

Speaker:

But the key here is we don't have to struggle alone.

Speaker:

We have the Holy Spirit.

Speaker:

So every day we just have to ask, Hey, Holy Spirit, help me walk through this.

Speaker:

Show me what I need to read in the word.

Speaker:

Show me what, Pastor, that I can go listen to a sermon that's going to help me get free from this work with me.

Speaker:

And he's 100% loyal.

Speaker:

He is our friend.

Speaker:

He's our counselor.

Speaker:

He's our helper.

Speaker:

He's our advisor.

Speaker:

And he will walk each and every single one of us through this because that's his assignment.

Speaker:

What about for the person who is listening who may think, oh, far out of reach, not possible.

Speaker:

Rosemary, where you are, there's no way.

Speaker:

I'm too far gone.

Speaker:

Well, first of all, that's a lie from the enemy.

Speaker:

And secondly, he's celebrating that when we feel that way, he's got us.

Speaker:

And what I want to encourage that listener to understand is there's so much more for you.

Speaker:

There is never, ever anyone I have not met that have done more things than I have done.

Speaker:

That sin is sin.

Speaker:

God does not sit up there and just say, okay, your sin is this, and you get a number one and you get a number three.

Speaker:

All sin breaks his heart.

Speaker:

Yes.

Speaker:

But he also gave his only son to die in excruciating death for each and every single one of us.

Speaker:

And to not accept his forgiveness is not only hurtful to God's or father's heart, but he wants to help you.

Speaker:

He wants to help his children.

Speaker:

What person that doesn't have a child understand how much you love that child and you want them to be free.

Speaker:

And we have to really understand the enemy is literally here to kill, destroy and steal.

Speaker:

And regardless of what you have done, God will redeem you and restore you and take you back to those places where you can shine for Jesus and help others get free.

Speaker:

You don't want to miss that assignment.

Speaker:

Don't listen to the lies of the enemy.

Speaker:

He's good at it.

Speaker:

He's been watching you since the day you were born.

Speaker:

He knows everything about you.

Speaker:

Now it's time for you to know your father and you know him by studying Jesus.

Speaker:

Jesus said, what you see me doing, you see what my father does.

Speaker:

When you look at me, you see my father.

Speaker:

So get into the Bible, read the gospels, read how he walked around and he healed and he set people free.

Speaker:

The people that the Pharisees thought were the lowest of low were the ones that Jesus went after to love.

Speaker:

To the women that weren't allowed to have a position anywhere, Jesus was talking to the Samaritan woman there at the well that got married over five times.

Speaker:

And she was the first to go out and preach the gospel to all the Samaritans who were looked upon by the Jews as the dirt of the dirt.

Speaker:

So we need to get that religious mindset out of our minds and really, truly look at the heart of God and how much he loves every single one of us.

Speaker:

And if we're truly sorry and we surrender to him, his power will land on you.

Speaker:

He will love you and he will walk with you.

Speaker:

What's the prayer that someone who's listening could say right now that would invite Jesus into their lives?

Speaker:

Father, I need your help.

Speaker:

I need you now.

Speaker:

I need you to walk with me.

Speaker:

King Jesus, I know that you came to die for me and take all my infirmities, all my diseases, all of my curses off of me.

Speaker:

Lord, please receive me.

Speaker:

I receive Jesus as my King and my Lord and my Savior.

Speaker:

Give me your Holy Spirit.

Speaker:

Let him dwell inside of me.

Speaker:

Make me a new creation.

Speaker:

And I receive him right now in the mighty name of Jesus.

Speaker:

I surrender everything to you.

Speaker:

Amen.

Speaker:

Thank you for sharing that.

Speaker:

You know, I just want to say one thing.

Speaker:

Just come to him real.

Speaker:

Don't make up, but just cry out to him.

Speaker:

He will be there.

Speaker:

He wants a real heart.

Speaker:

He doesn't want you talking to him as a far, far away God.

Speaker:

He wants you to talk to him as a father that you've never had or a better father than you had.

Speaker:

He just wants to, it's all about your heart.

Speaker:

If your heart is open, just talk to him, talk to Jesus, and I promise you he will respond.

Speaker:

Five years from today, Rosemary, you're listening to this conversation.

Speaker:

You've heard yourself speak of the testimony.

Speaker:

You've led someone to Christ who's listening.

Speaker:

What's a message you'd leave for future you?

Speaker:

Future me is keep preaching the gospel.

Speaker:

Keep building the kingdom.

Speaker:

Keep encouraging others to be the best that they can be through Jesus Christ.

Speaker:

Keep dreaming as a child.

Speaker:

Keep reading his Holy Word and speaking it out.

Speaker:

Walk in authority.

Speaker:

Walk in dominion.

Speaker:

Take back the territory that the enemy has stolen and don't be complacent.

Speaker:

Fight for what is good.

Speaker:

Fight for your children.

Speaker:

Fight for your families.

Speaker:

Fight for your marriage and stand firm because you have the armies of God behind you.

Speaker:

Before we leave, is there anything else you'd like to share with our amazing audience?

Speaker:

Yes, right now we're living in an amazing time period for such a time as this, as Esther would say, and stay strong.

Speaker:

Get out of fear.

Speaker:

Whenever you're in fear, you're serving the enemy.

Speaker:

Step over in faith.

Speaker:

Read the promises of God out loud over your life and stand strong because he's going to show up.

Speaker:

He will show out in the exact perfect time.

Speaker:

So stay strong.

Speaker:

Know you are loved.

Speaker:

Hang out with kingdom-minded people that want to grab your arm and stand in this fight with you in prayer and I'm with you no matter where you're at.

Speaker:

I am standing with you waiting for King Jesus and we need to stay busy until he returns.

Speaker:

Amazing audience, link set in the show notes.
