[00:00:36] Natalie: And I was just trying to give people an understanding, like a, a little bit of a snippet as to what a coaching session would look like. This was just one of the mini laser coaching sessions, uh, which I don't technically offer anymore, but if you slide into my dms, you can still get it. But, I recorded the whole thing, and when I went to edit it, I was like, I don't want to reveal everything. I want them to kind of be intrigued and ask me questions. And so, you know, I uploaded the audio and so I caught out quite a bit of it, but I feel, I felt like I had kept enough to help people understand how coaching was helpful to this client, but it kind of kept bothering me because I was like, I don't know if they understand how that action set that she did end up taking was so powerful for her.

[:

[00:01:54] Natalie: Now there's still a little bit that I cut out just to, maintain the client's privacy, but, I felt by adding in that those extra 10 to 12 minutes, that as a listener you would get a better understanding of kind of where that client was at because she was really honest and open just about her experience as a new mom.

[:

[00:02:37] Natalie: So I feel much better now that I've re-uploaded the audio and I'm like, you know what, Natalie? Don't be stingy. It's not, I don't wanna think from a. You know, a mindset of, oh, I, I can't reveal it all, and everybody can't know my methods or my secrets because at the end of the day, every single coaching call I have is so different.

[:

[00:03:21] Natalie: And I think that people sometimes think wellness coaching is telling you like specific strategies for something and telling you what to do. My coaching is completely different. I am here simply to guide you in whatever areas are impacting your life, and I am telling you, I. Have talked with clients about so many different kinds of things that I wouldn't even be able to conceive of until they're in front of me and they say, Hey, this is what I wanna talk about today.

[:

[00:04:10] Natalie: So I can't just say, okay, well this is only helping you with your careers, or this is only helping you with your relationship, or this is only helping you with your finances. Our lives are intertwined, interconnected, and so if you can have a more holistic approach, such as the one that I use and, and lots of other coaches use a holistic approach as well, that can really help you see.

[:

[00:05:04] Natalie: So at the end, they're holding a string instead of a string with a bunch of knots. So anyways, don't be stingy. If you've got a message to share with the world or if you've got a gift, if you've got a talent, just release it out there. I think you will feel like you are serving the world from a place of abundance and expansion and full capacity that is open to even overflow.

[:

[00:05:50] Natalie: All right, that's all I got. See y'all next time.
