Today I speak with renowned Sex and Relationship expert Athol Kay.

With so many men and women struggling to reignite the the sex and intimacy that was once a feature of their early relationship, Athol has spent over a decade coaching, blogging, vlogging and writing about the dynamic between men and women.

In this first of a two part episode I find out from Athol where exactly relationship are at in 2020 and how we inherit a lot of our relationship norms unconsciously from our parents.
