Shownotes

BB has close deep relationships that split. Then the people go their way and their lives vastly improve. Most of them come back eventually. She realized it's a contract. She projects what people need to see. The trigger is spirit knocking on your wound saying right here this is where the work is. Every trigger is always positive. The trigger is the guru. Paul asks how do you not take the lashing out personally. Years of practice. Then Mars in the 9th house — both Paul and BB share it. Words that cut and sever or heal. Brandelyn literally means woman who wields sword and beautiful healer. The church hurt you first so you built a church for people the church hurt. Did you give yourself enough credit for how far you've traveled? I've died and been reborn so many times in this one lifetime. Know thyself and balance your energy.

Takeaways:

  • When you trigger people and they leave their lives often improve — recognizing that as a contract changes how you experience the loss
  • The trigger is the guru — it shows you exactly where healing is still needed and who is brave enough to do the work
  • Not taking the lashing out personally takes years of practice — it doesn't come overnight
  • Mars in the 9th house cuts with words and heals with words — knowing which one you're doing is the work
  • The wound you survived becomes the platform you teach from — that's not coincidence that's design

Speaker A:

Now, how are you doing with that, with.

Speaker A:

With shifting relationships?

Speaker A:

Because seems like you've been dealing with that your whole life.

Speaker B:

I have.

Speaker B:

I have.

Speaker B:

And the thing about it is, is I think.

Speaker B:

I think that.

Speaker B:

I think that that is one of my.

Speaker B:

I walk through life and that's one of my contracts that I tend to have with people.

Speaker B:

I. I'm a projector in the human design.

Speaker B:

I don't know if you know much about that, but I have this.

Speaker B:

Yeah, I'm.

Speaker B:

I, I show people what they need to see about themselves and sometimes relationships.

Speaker A:

You the, you the, you the mirror.

Speaker B:

I'm the projector, but I'm.

Speaker B:

I'm a project.

Speaker B:

Okay, let me.

Speaker B:

I'm a projector in waking time and a mirror in dream time.

Speaker B:

So I'm both.

Speaker A:

All right.

Speaker A:

All right.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

But the projector shows people what they need to see, so I take that back to them.

Speaker A:

Yeah, I did.

Speaker A:

I did four episodes is called Looking in the Mirror.

Speaker A:

And.

Speaker A:

And the episodes really is.

Speaker A:

Is about why people struggle to truly look themselves in the mirror.

Speaker B:

And so I have to listen to.

Speaker A:

That and think about that.

Speaker A:

You hear it is you telling me you the mirror, and I'm sitting up here saying, bibi, I did four episodes of Looking in the Mirror.

Speaker A:

I know people struggle with that.

Speaker A:

So what.

Speaker A:

Wait a minute.

Speaker A:

Now.

Speaker A:

Now I'm thinking, yo, as the mirror.

Speaker B:

Yes, absolutely.

Speaker B:

Well, it's like it.

Speaker B:

I tell.

Speaker B:

This happens a lot in my life.

Speaker B:

So I, I have these close, close, close relationships, and then it just, it breaks and, and it, and we split and, and they go their way, and I have to, I have to.

Speaker B:

You know, but their life vastly improves.

Speaker A:

Has.

Speaker B:

It's like.

Speaker A:

Has any of these splits later down the line?

Speaker A:

Have they come back to you?

Speaker B:

Absolutely.

Speaker B:

Many times.

Speaker B:

Most times.

Speaker B:

Most times, yes.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Oh, no.

Speaker A:

Now when they do come back, how do you respond to that?

Speaker B:

With.

Speaker B:

Generally, with open arms?

Speaker B:

You know, Generally.

Speaker B:

Generally with open arms.

Speaker B:

I, I trigger people.

Speaker B:

That's what a projector does.

Speaker B:

We trigger.

Speaker B:

And they, they, they.

Speaker B:

They have to go find that.

Speaker B:

I don't know.

Speaker B:

It's just who I am.

Speaker A:

So how do you not take it personal?

Speaker A:

Because I know when.

Speaker A:

Because I trick people too, and they lash out.

Speaker A:

How do you know how, how do you not take that lashing out?

Speaker A:

Personal.

Speaker B:

Practice.

Speaker B:

Years of practice.

Speaker B:

It.

Speaker B:

Years of practice.

Speaker B:

I finally had to accept that that was probably a contract.

Speaker B:

This is a contract I have with people.

Speaker B:

I come here and I show people what they need to see and trigger.

Speaker B:

I trigger healing.

Speaker B:

It triggers healing.

Speaker B:

It triggers healing.

Speaker B:

And so I Don't take that personally.

Speaker B:

I. I just.

Speaker B:

I.

Speaker B:

It hurts when I lose them because I love them very deeply and very completely, and so.

Speaker B:

But, you know, it's okay.

Speaker A:

So not all people who are triggers are negative triggers.

Speaker A:

In actuality, there can be some positive triggers.

Speaker B:

Let me tell you something.

Speaker B:

Always the trigger is positive.

Speaker B:

Always the trigger is always positive.

Speaker B:

The trigger is the guru.

Speaker B:

The trigger is there knocking on your wound, saying, right, here's the work.

Speaker B:

This is where you need it, and somebody's got to show it to you.

Speaker B:

And I'm the person that's showing up to poke you in that wound so you can see it, so you can explore it, so you can heal it and release it and not have to deal with it anymore.

Speaker B:

Every trigger is a good trigger.

Speaker A:

Can you.

Speaker A:

Can you expound on that a little bit more on that theory?

Speaker A:

Cause, well, you got some people that might be sitting in a room or sitting here listening, like, wait, B.B.

Speaker A:

What do you mean?

Speaker A:

How can that trigger that hurt, that.

Speaker A:

That didn't feel good?

Speaker A:

What do you mean?

Speaker B:

Right?

Speaker B:

And you know what?

Speaker B:

Because let me.

Speaker B:

Let me explain something to you.

Speaker B:

Because we hold on to.

Speaker B:

To fear.

Speaker B:

We hold on to trauma, we hold on to pain, and we stick it in our body and we leave it there.

Speaker B:

And the trigger shows up to show you that it's still there.

Speaker B:

And if you will resolve it, you will never have to feel this again.

Speaker B:

You will never have to relive that moment of trauma.

Speaker B:

You will never have to face that fear again.

Speaker B:

If you.

Speaker B:

If you will just resolve this thing and release it from the memory of your cells and your body and your energetic field.

Speaker B:

So, yeah, the trigger is spirit, saying, right here, right here, you're still carrying this.

Speaker B:

You've been carrying it around your entire life, and it's time for you to resolve it.

Speaker B:

And when it's resolved, you're never triggered again.

Speaker A:

So in all actuality, instead of running from your trigger, you.

Speaker A:

Someone needs to lean into their trigger.

Speaker B:

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.

Speaker B:

Exactly.

Speaker B:

That's what Moses did.

Speaker B:

When Moses walked into the Red Sea, he pushed into it and walked into it, and it moved.

Speaker A:

You know, Bibi, me and you share something.

Speaker A:

In our charts, you have Mars in the ninth house, I have Mars in the ninth house and Mars, and you actually got Mars right next to your Mercury.

Speaker A:

So in all actuality, your words can either cut and sever or they could heal.

Speaker A:

Yeah, you probably at one time, you did them both.

Speaker A:

Probably, you know, early in life, you probably use that Mars next year Mercury to Really?

Speaker A:

You know, but Mars is the warrior on the battlefield.

Speaker A:

Right.

Speaker A:

And the ninth house is connected to beliefs, and Mars likes to cut and sever.

Speaker A:

I had to.

Speaker A:

I actually call myself a recovering Catholic.

Speaker B:

I call myself recovering Christian.

Speaker A:

And what am I recovering from?

Speaker A:

I'm not recovering from, you know, addiction.

Speaker A:

I'm recovering from the guilt that.

Speaker A:

That, that belief system saddled me on.

Speaker A:

Me.

Speaker A:

I'm.

Speaker A:

I'm recovering from walking around the years of guilt that.

Speaker A:

That teaching and that philosophy saddled me with.

Speaker A:

Right, right.

Speaker A:

And.

Speaker A:

And so here's my question with Mars being in.

Speaker A:

And you built the church.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker B:

For people.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Who was hurt by church?

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker A:

Did the church hurt you first?

Speaker B:

Absolutely.

Speaker B:

100 I, I.

Speaker B:

And I want.

Speaker B:

This is fascinating to me, what you're saying about Mars being in the ninth house, because I want to tell you what my name means.

Speaker B:

Brandon means woman who wields sword and beautiful healer.

Speaker A:

Well, your Mars is in Scorpio.

Speaker A:

And Scorpio energy actually is.

Speaker A:

Is it.

Speaker A:

Mars rules Scorpio, and it rules Aries Mars.

Speaker B:

Wow, that's super interesting.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

So Scorpio is.

Speaker A:

Is the scorpion.

Speaker A:

It could either steal with.

Speaker A:

It could sting with its scorpion stinger and kill you, or, you know, the other form of one.

Speaker A:

Another form of Scorpio is the eagle.

Speaker B:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

And the eagle flies high above.

Speaker A:

Above the storms and stuff.

Speaker B:

Right.

Speaker A:

And stuff.

Speaker A:

And, and Scorpio, people don't realize this, but Scorpio can be one of the most powerful healers in the zodiac.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

I'm a Scorpio in the Vedic system.

Speaker B:

But when you said that the church hurt you first.

Speaker B:

Yes.

Speaker B:

Every single.

Speaker B:

Every single wound, every single deep hurt that I've ever gone through became my healing superpower because I walked through it.

Speaker B:

I walked through it.

Speaker B:

I resolved it inside of myself.

Speaker B:

That's why we have to resolve this stuff inside of ourselves, because when we resolve it inside of ourself, not triggered by it, and we can go back and help other people come out of it, that's what it's for.

Speaker B:

That's why.

Speaker B:

That's why the triggers.

Speaker B:

The guru.
