My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.
Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

Speaker:E a S Y mnemonic to test those goals.
Speaker:And today is day two and we're testing a I'm at the masters, and
Speaker:this is the choosing happy podcast.
Speaker:Hello, and welcome to the choosing happy podcast.
Speaker:Thank you for listening.
Speaker:Today, we're looking at the letter a as a way to test our goals.
Speaker:Having a look at the goals that you've set for 2022 and beyond we are looking
Speaker:at whether first of all, it's achievable.
Speaker:And by achievable, I mean, is it achievable for you?
Speaker:Not whether it's achievable by someone else, but do you actually
Speaker:believe you can achieve it?
Speaker:Will you achieve it?
Speaker:The will.
Speaker:Question is really quite powerful and listening to your guts and answering
Speaker:that question should give you.
Speaker:A good indication of whether you will take the action.
Speaker:You will commit.
Speaker:You will achieve the goal that your.
Speaker:After.
Speaker:So, is it achievable for you?
Speaker:Is it appropriate?
Speaker:So, is it appropriate for you?
Speaker:Pretty much like, is it ecological?
Speaker:Does it impact on us?
Speaker:The people.
Speaker:What's the impact on making that choice to go for that goal?
Speaker:What's the consequences.
Speaker:And is it appropriate for you in terms of your beliefs?
Speaker:Does it align with your values?
Speaker:Is it appropriate at this time?
Speaker:In terms of timing.
Speaker:The time you have available.
Speaker:The people around you to support you.
Speaker:Where you are in your life and physically in the world at the moment.
Speaker:Is this appropriate for you?
Speaker:Is it audacious enough?
Speaker:Is it big enough and attractive enough and powerful enough to
Speaker:compel you to keep on going.
Speaker:Is it big enough that it gets you out of your comfort zone?
Speaker:Is it audacious enough?
Speaker:That excites you.
Speaker:And aligned.
Speaker:Is it aligned with who you are?
Speaker:Are you 100% congruent in your belief that you can achieve it and that you
Speaker:want to achieve it, and you will take all of the actions towards achieving it.
Speaker:Accountable.
Speaker:Have you a way to hold yourself accountable and to measure
Speaker:your progress toward your goal.
Speaker:How will you know, when you've achieved your goal?
Speaker:Is there someone you can.
Speaker:Partner with, to keep you accountable to keep you taking action.
Speaker:To keep you believing.
Speaker:And reinvisioning your goal?
Speaker:Have you written your goal as if now.
Speaker:In the present tense is if you've achieved it.
Speaker:As if it's just after the day, you've achieved your goal.
Speaker:Have you vision of it?
Speaker:Of yourself achieving it and taken a note of.
Speaker:Some of the steps that you have to take.
Speaker:To move towards that goal.
Speaker:Some of the beliefs that you have to choose.
Speaker:In order to attain that goal.
Speaker:Act as if.
Speaker:I know this one's quite controversial at times.
Speaker:But having mentors.
Speaker:Being able to step into their shoes, being able to model people.
Speaker:And using the act as if to get over blocks and your own.
Speaker:Beliefs is really, really powerful.
Speaker:So act as if you know exactly what to do, and you might be surprised
Speaker:that you do know what to do.
Speaker:Act as if you're that person who achieved that goal.
Speaker:Act as if you're that person you're modeling who has achieved
Speaker:similar things in the past.
Speaker:What would they do in this situation?
Speaker:Allow yourself to make mistakes, allow yourself to learn.
Speaker:Allow yourself to change.
Speaker:Allow sings to open up opportunities.
Speaker:To show up for you.
Speaker:Allow yourself to receive the help and moving toward your goal.
Speaker:Allow yourself to notice.
Speaker:And be aware.
Speaker:And take action.
Speaker:Be willing to take action.
Speaker:Toward your goal, even uncomfortable action.
Speaker:To take action through challenges to take action through what seemed
Speaker:like blocks to keep moving forward.
Speaker:One step at a time.
Speaker:It doesn't have to be massive action.
Speaker:That's going to change the world.
Speaker:It can be something simple.
Speaker:Once or twice a day that you do, whether it's sending an email
Speaker:or just talking to someone that can move you magically forward.
Speaker:Consistent action.
Speaker:Towards that vision, that goal.
Speaker:Just keep on taking action inspired action.
Speaker:Aligned action.
Speaker:That's it for today.
Speaker:All of the A's towards testing your goal and achieving what you want.
