Throughout the episode the countdown begins when Steve Sr has to report to prison. Kacie and Steven get into it about the 20% to Allie Stevens girlfriend with the Tallow business. Steven meets Allie's family in Texas. Steve Sr calls a meeting to let the company know who will be in charge, and he makes his ex wife the president interim. She doesn't want it. She trusts the boys can handle things and she will be there if they need her. At the end of the episode the family says goodbye and watches from the bus as Steve Sr heads into prison.
