Ron

We're in a day where those who are running after the Lord are finding their hearts open in a greater way than ever before to Him. There's a yearning in your heart, to give all. There's a searching of the Holy Spirit, by our initiative to make sure we have no areas in our heart that are not given. As I wait on Him, if I have a question about my heart, I go into worship. I just worship Him. I don't try to figure it out. There's a different way that my spirit is relating to Him, as I wait on Him, and it's in worship. It's not looking for answers. It's a trust and a worship, knowing that He's creating my spirit, as I'm submitting, worshiping, and trusting him.

Deborah

It's a choice to position yourself in the presence of the Lord, and just worship Him. Just be still and know that He is the Lord. He is in control. And He's going to do that which He has begun in us, He's going to complete it. That's a promise. He promised that He would complete that which He had begun in us. We are His workmanship. He is our Father. He is creating us, and He is doing in us that which He wills to do.

Dale

Run running the race with endurance. Do you know how much energy it takes to just stand? You are in motion, just standing to wait upon Him. That's not standing around, looking at your watch. That's an intense focus of your spirit. I'm waiting on Him. And as I wait, I'm running after Him. His way of teaching us how to walk in the Spirit, the way He wants it. He doesn't want us stopping. Because you can't steer a parked car right Ed? Our walk with God is based upon His desire to have a people that will follow Him, who worship Him, will adore Him. He created us, and we were born from above. Sometimes you may call born again, but there was a change in us. Along the way, we've come in contact with negative forces against our walk with God. We can call it spiritual warfare. We can call it battles of unbelief. But there's one key that gives and assures us the victory, is that we don't stop. Our focus increases on Him every day. Our love for Him increases every day. And as He increases, everything else decreases. And that's a simple key that we walked by every day, the greater He is in his life, in your life, less contact Satan or angels there his angels or whatever principalities and powers. Your own flesh loses out because it cannot live without your focus on it. It's a spirit of displacement. You kick it out, turn to the Lord and bring it in. We stop doing what we're doing. And we start doing what He's doing. And when you turn to Him and say I believe your Word, you're going to enjoy a cascade of His presence, because that's what He wants to hear. What He's looking for somebody that will say, Lord, I believe your word. I believe it and helped me believe it more. It's a very positive thing that we do that we turn to Him.

Ron

I like the word displacement. We've heard the principle of the gunny sack. You fill the gunny sack, it gets rid of all the wrinkles, you can't get rid of the wrinkles until you fill it. And when you fill the gunny sack, magically, all the wrinkles are displaced. And so it's a positive focus. It's not the negative. Lord, I, I've tried to give this up forever. I mean, you go around that mountain forever and ever. Or you just open your heart to the Lord and worship Him and say, Okay, Lord, I believe you. I opened my heart to your Word, I opened my heart to you and you worship in that Word, and the Lord takes over. How do I reach this person that is always focused on the negative about his life. Again, it's this principle of displacement. You can focus on your negative problems, and you'll die in them; you'll never get out of them. But if you just give your heart to Him, He enables you. He'll walk you through it. As you give your heart and you open up and worship Him. You don't have the answers, but He does have the answers. Nothing in my hand I bring only to Thy cross I cling.
