Karean Carr is a long-standing registered childminder and the founder of LittleLink ID, a safeguarding tool created from real lived experience. After years of managing emergency contacts, paperwork and lone working challenges, Karean designed LLID to support childminders on outings and in everyday practice. Her goal is to make safeguarding clearer, stronger and more responsive, helping children be reunited with their parents or carers sooner if the worst were ever to happen.
