Yana Peshehonova (she//her) is a passionate human with an intense curiosity for life. She loves to be involved in activism of any kind. Yana, a nomad by nature, can be found living and traveling full time in her van with her two wonderful dogs, Marlow and River.
From a timely and mysterious connection in the Redwoods of California to an aimless journey in San Francisco, my first interactions with Yana were nothing short of exciting and incredible.
When the idea of doing a podcast together came up it was an absolute no-brainer. In this podcast, Yana and I dive deep into a number of conversations including the importance of integrating the energies of the masculine and feminine, what it means to “hold space”, and the value of embracing the impermanence of any situation.
