So you might as well get familiar with these words.

First word Exaltation.

Exaltation is a planet's maximum dignity and strength.

Venus in Pisces operates at peak grace, transcendence and beauty.

Bounds or terms that is the degree level ruler within the sign determines who supervises the local territory.

Venus governing her own bounds means she makes the rules in that space.
