Speaker:

Welcome to the One Small Change. As always, I am thrilled that

Speaker:

you're here to embark on this journey of exploration and transformation.

Speaker:

And I'm glad you're sharing it with me. And I'm your host, Yvonne McCoy, and

Speaker:

I bring almost 30 years of entrepreneurial experience and I have a

Speaker:

passion for discovering growth through the power of seemingly small

Speaker:

change. And this week we are talking to

Speaker:

the amazing Heather Tucker and she's going to

Speaker:

share something that sparked a remarkable transformation

Speaker:

and growth either in her personal or her professional life.

Speaker:

Heather, thank you so much for taking your time to come share with

Speaker:

me and my. My audience. And so we're

Speaker:

all curious to know what was the thing, what you do,

Speaker:

why you do it, what was the change that made you do it and made

Speaker:

you do it better than anybody else? Oh, Yvonne, I'm so happy to

Speaker:

be here on your show. Thank you so much for having me. By the way,

Speaker:

like, this is super exc. I love to be able to

Speaker:

speak, express and share whatever wisdom that comes from my

Speaker:

heart because you never know who this one conversation can impact.

Speaker:

So. Hello, everyone in Yvonne's World. I'm Dr. Heather

Speaker:

Tucker and I work with entrepreneurs who want to increase

Speaker:

their calm, their confidence and their cash flow so

Speaker:

they can bring more of their ideal clients into their business,

Speaker:

charge what they are, their value is, and

Speaker:

actually create more time, money and emotional freedom so that they

Speaker:

can be more present with their loved ones. Because that is

Speaker:

something that is just so important. We have so

Speaker:

much, only so much time, right? And how we utilize that

Speaker:

time wisely to do our calling and live our

Speaker:

purpose. It. And now is a time more than ever where people

Speaker:

are really called to step into their full light

Speaker:

and, and do their calling and do their will.

Speaker:

Because, yeah, now's the time. Everything's going on in

Speaker:

the world. We don't have to be crazy inside. And so

Speaker:

technically, I would call myself a business and life harmony coach,

Speaker:

coach and trainer. And it's just so

Speaker:

beautiful to be able to be of service because I feel like

Speaker:

our business is supposed to be have

Speaker:

flow, is supposed to have freedom. It's supposed to have space, it's supposed to

Speaker:

supposed to have that passion as we're

Speaker:

living our calling. And a lot of times as entrepreneurs, we can

Speaker:

operate with a heavy heart or overwhelmed mind and it

Speaker:

does not have to be that way. Our greatest wealth is our

Speaker:

peace of mind, body and soul. And your other question

Speaker:

was what led me to this? So what led me to

Speaker:

this? My background is actually at it. That's what my PhD is

Speaker:

in and age 27, I got my

Speaker:

PhD in information technology. 28,

Speaker:

I got my dream job working for the army as a researcher.

Speaker:

And a lot of times where we meet that epitome

Speaker:

or equivalent of quote, unquote success from an

Speaker:

external perspective, there was so much

Speaker:

sadness and misery and uncertainty inside. Right?

Speaker:

And I wanted to. It wasn't just me that was experiencing that. I was looking

Speaker:

around my community and my world, and I saw the same thing.

Speaker:

And I was like, there's something I'm supposed to do about this. What am

Speaker:

I supposed to do? And it

Speaker:

led me on the journey of coaching. Led me on the journey of coaching.

Speaker:

And once I discovered coaching, I realized,

Speaker:

why didn't they teach this in middle school? Why didn't they teach us in

Speaker:

elementary school? Oh, my goodness, I would have had so much of a

Speaker:

better life. But one of the messages that I want to

Speaker:

share, that's something that's so important, is to know that

Speaker:

we don't have to have a great past to have a great future. We get

Speaker:

to recreate and restore ourselves each and every day. And

Speaker:

what led me to this was even as I went into coaching,

Speaker:

there was still stuff on the life side that was really confusing,

Speaker:

that was really uncertain. And I recognized

Speaker:

how one area of life, if it goes ignored or

Speaker:

unresolved, will bleed into another area of life.

Speaker:

And this is why I talk about life, harmony, how to create peace on

Speaker:

all sides. So therefore, we just get to be who we are and

Speaker:

enjoy this journey. Well, you, you've already hit

Speaker:

on a whole bunch of things, okay?

Speaker:

So one of the things that, that I think is so important and that

Speaker:

I learned earlier on is

Speaker:

you can't be a split personality. You can't be, you know, you can't

Speaker:

compartmentalize. You know, this is my business. I'm going

Speaker:

to be this way in my business, and I'm going to be this way in

Speaker:

my life, right? And so one of the things that I say to

Speaker:

people is when they find a strategy or they find a model that they really

Speaker:

like, they should be able to use it both in their personal life and their

Speaker:

business. And because the more you use it, the more you internalize it,

Speaker:

the more it becomes part of you. So, you know, you talked about that harmony.

Speaker:

We're kind of like a water bed. You know, that's a really old

Speaker:

reference. You know, if you push it down one place, something happens someplace

Speaker:

else. They're. They're totally interconnected.

Speaker:

The other thing that I think you said was

Speaker:

so many of us have made decisions in our

Speaker:

life based on external things.

Speaker:

And so I think you know what that means. You know, for me,

Speaker:

it was, I was good at math, and I keep making all these decisions based

Speaker:

on I'm good at math. So when I went to graduate school, I was like,

Speaker:

I really want to do marketing, but I'm good at math. Right. So then I,

Speaker:

you know, I graduated with my, my MBA in finance and accounting,

Speaker:

ended up in a job that was perfect for, you know,

Speaker:

that, But I didn't really like that. So I didn't really like the job

Speaker:

either. You know, when you are, when you are following

Speaker:

yourself, you have so much more

Speaker:

energy because it's such a pleasure. And I, I just

Speaker:

put, I'm not supposed to be doing this much talking because this is your interview,

Speaker:

but you just happened to hit a spark that I was just really, I, I,

Speaker:

One of the things that I just said is when you can let go of

Speaker:

the exterior stuff and just be yourself, you attract the right kind

Speaker:

of client and they start to say some of the really

Speaker:

similar kinds of things. So anyway, so much about that,

Speaker:

but you've hit on a lot of things. I think that a lot of us

Speaker:

find ourselves in the position where we are where we think we

Speaker:

should be, not where we want to be. Correct?

Speaker:

Correct. First of all, thank you for sharing that, because so

Speaker:

many people resonate with that. Right? Like, it is

Speaker:

about following your soul plan. Right. When you

Speaker:

follow your soul plan and you let that true freedom

Speaker:

come from the inside out, then you enjoy what you're doing.

Speaker:

That's exactly what happened to me when I went into it. Yeah, I'm great

Speaker:

at computers, I'm great at technology, I'm great at all this, but it wasn't

Speaker:

feeding my soul. And really,

Speaker:

when we live from our soul purpose, our soul plan,

Speaker:

it impacts every single area of life in a beautiful,

Speaker:

positive way. So thank you for highlighting that. Can

Speaker:

I ask you a personal question? One of the things that

Speaker:

I found for myself was one of the reasons I think I was good

Speaker:

at math is that it was very objective and not

Speaker:

subjective and did not require any feelings. I mean,

Speaker:

it was, it wasn't like, you know, one plus one was

Speaker:

two and it made you cry.

Speaker:

I mean, I, I know that sounds really weird. And so one of the things

Speaker:

that has been like kind of a, a semi struggle for me

Speaker:

is to really let my feelings out. And when you talk about,

Speaker:

you know, that soul place or that inner place, a lot of us that have

Speaker:

that kind of objective background are like, that's way too woo

Speaker:

Woo. For me, and I think it just is, it's a matter

Speaker:

of. For myself is

Speaker:

being able to kind of trust my own gut feeling

Speaker:

to know and go with the thing that feels right

Speaker:

even if I can't quantify it, which is the way I typically

Speaker:

look at things. I mean that doesn't mean that I, I don't take a look

Speaker:

at things and, and you know, and

Speaker:

evaluate them. But when I'm finished all that, I go,

Speaker:

okay, here are two options. What's the one I really want to do.

Speaker:

Well and, and. Well, I don't know what the qu. Let me hear the question.

Speaker:

I was going to say something. Have you found that to be the same

Speaker:

thing that you were really good at it or that people are really good

Speaker:

at some things that are very objective and not

Speaker:

subjective and so they don't. They've never had to really

Speaker:

exercise their feelings or let them out. Of course.

Speaker:

And actually it's so funny. I'm glad that you mentioned that

Speaker:

because that is a big reason of the life harmony work that I

Speaker:

do because a lot of us, especially when we are

Speaker:

analytical or logical and we tend to

Speaker:

operate. That's just how a lot of us were naturally

Speaker:

raised to be. You know, I remember my mom

Speaker:

would say put your feelings in your pocket and keep going. Like, don't worry about

Speaker:

your feelings. Like, like, it's like. But the thing is, is that part about

Speaker:

the water ball, the volleyball that you mentioned, or I call it a volleyball

Speaker:

but if we don't pay attention to that side then it creates

Speaker:

more pressure and over analyzing and overreaction on the mental

Speaker:

side. And it's really about when they work together, the

Speaker:

thoughts and the feelings, the mind and the heart, then

Speaker:

it creates a beautiful synergy where it's not like

Speaker:

one fighting against each other. It's like it actually creates

Speaker:

wisdom. When we operate out of our wisdom,

Speaker:

every step that we take is right. And so it's funny because yeah I didn't

Speaker:

years ago I would have never even understood about energy or

Speaker:

emotions or any of those things. A lot

Speaker:

of times we put the blinders up for just things that happen in

Speaker:

life that is also 100% normal and common.

Speaker:

And my work is about really helping us

Speaker:

be or bringing it back to more to feeling to

Speaker:

being like that that allows like when we actually acknowledge

Speaker:

our feelings and are in that I like to say

Speaker:

emotional intelligence, emotional wisdom, mental and emotional wellness

Speaker:

and harmony. It actually allows us to.

Speaker:

What's the word? How can I say this? It

Speaker:

allows us to even attract more of what we want

Speaker:

because we know who we are. So. Right.

Speaker:

So, so one of the things that I just wrote in a post and it

Speaker:

kind of surprised me was, you know, one of the things I talk

Speaker:

about is that we all have a unique power and, and

Speaker:

we already have it. It's us, it's who we are. It's, it's,

Speaker:

you know, it's what we're good at. It's the things that we did. Right. That

Speaker:

we developed in our company. You know, it's like the recipe is different for

Speaker:

each of us. Right, right. Things that I said is, one of the

Speaker:

things that I found is since I've gotten really clear about my message and who

Speaker:

I really want to serve, I have found

Speaker:

that all the people that I'm talking to, all the potential clients

Speaker:

that I'm talking to are saying, we love your energy. And

Speaker:

I don't think that I feel like I've changed at all.

Speaker:

What has happened, I think is that I have probably just

Speaker:

felt freer to let it come out. Right?

Speaker:

So now the people that I'm attracting are the people who love that energy.

Speaker:

Huge, you know, energy. And for other people, I'm just too

Speaker:

much. Yeah, you know what, it's

Speaker:

great, it's. Actually really great

Speaker:

filter because, you know, you hear on a regular basis,

Speaker:

you're, you're so good at this. You're so good at this, you know,

Speaker:

because you're being yourself. And I think that that's something,

Speaker:

I don't know, I think that's something that, that we have never really

Speaker:

been exposed to. I mean, I'm not, I, I gotta tell you, I'm not

Speaker:

one of those people who go, the universe will bring this to you.

Speaker:

I mean, that's a little bit, that's a little woo woo for me. But I

Speaker:

do think that if you think about what it is that

Speaker:

you want, then you, you recognize it better.

Speaker:

I mean, you know, you may be getting the same opportunities that you

Speaker:

had before, but you didn't recognize them, you know, and

Speaker:

maybe that is whatever the woo woo part

Speaker:

of it, but, but it works. So it is.

Speaker:

You know, whereas when we're talking about the other side, where we're operating with our

Speaker:

analytical, our, our mind, right. Our subjective part that

Speaker:

you were saying, we end up operating with

Speaker:

90 effort. My, one of my colleagues put it this way one

Speaker:

time, 90% effort and sometimes maybe only

Speaker:

10% energy. But when we shift

Speaker:

that from operating from the amazingness of who we are, where

Speaker:

you're talking about owning your uniqueness and your values, that includes Your

Speaker:

thoughts, your feelings, those natural gifts and talents that we have,

Speaker:

we end up operating with 90%

Speaker:

energy and only 10% effort. So that

Speaker:

is the thing that makes it why so much

Speaker:

wiser to operate that way than continuing to

Speaker:

do our overanalyzing and overthinking. And a lot of times people

Speaker:

think that that's not common, but it is 100 common

Speaker:

for a couple of reasons, and is totally 100

Speaker:

changeable as well. Well, you know, my brain goes to.

Speaker:

Because I'm good at math, right? It's kind of like it's the

Speaker:

difference between one plus one. You know, I'll say two plus

Speaker:

two and is four versus.

Speaker:

Well, that's not a good example either. Let me try it again. How about three

Speaker:

plus three is six, but when you put your energy

Speaker:

and your analytical, it's more like three times three, and then it's

Speaker:

nine. You get exponential growth because you're clicking on all

Speaker:

cylinders and they're working together. They're not working against

Speaker:

each other. I. I had a formula once. It was called. And I still

Speaker:

love this. It was called you. Times change, times follow

Speaker:

through equals success cubed. And. Yeah,

Speaker:

yeah. And. And I use that when I was losing weight, like, when I was

Speaker:

struggling, you know, to lose weight, it was like, okay,

Speaker:

was it something I was doing? I needed to learn something.

Speaker:

I needed a limiting belief. I needed to get. What was it about me

Speaker:

that, you know, needed something. And then the change

Speaker:

was what was I able to change or what wasn't I changing? Kind of

Speaker:

what was. What was in there. And then the other piece was the follow through.

Speaker:

Because nothing. Nothing works really well with

Speaker:

that thought. Follow through, right. And so what

Speaker:

I found was the success that you gained was not just the

Speaker:

weight loss, but your mindset and just, you know, on all

Speaker:

kinds of other things that happen. And I love that

Speaker:

formula. And my friend was like, as soon as I see success

Speaker:

cubed, I'm like, this is math I'm not getting.

Speaker:

But it is. You have. You know, it affects everything. It doesn't affect just one

Speaker:

thing is the point to that, I think. And what happens is

Speaker:

to. If we're not aware

Speaker:

of the energy of things and also the feelings and emotion of

Speaker:

things, we can be able. We can get caught up in the emotional

Speaker:

roller coaster. It's like, it goes like that. Like, all right, we're doing

Speaker:

well. We're going up the hill. We're. We're growing. And then all of a sudden,

Speaker:

something happened. Significant emotional event, but from

Speaker:

ourselves, from our loved one, something. And there's this drop down in energy.

Speaker:

All right, I'm gonna go ahead and keep going up the hill and you. And

Speaker:

then it's like you have to drop. It drops down again. And as the more

Speaker:

that we do this, we're in that bouncing back. You know, I remember

Speaker:

one of the biggest times I'm just gonna bounce back, you know, that

Speaker:

actually becomes harder to bounce back up. And

Speaker:

so why not be able to have it where.

Speaker:

Okay, I'm rising. I'm doing this easier. Oh, significant emotional

Speaker:

event happens. Oh, my goodness. Oh, that's interesting. And still continue

Speaker:

to rise. So therefore, it's like not being

Speaker:

blown away by the wind or the uncertainty that things

Speaker:

that happen, but actually going with the wind. And

Speaker:

I'm sorry. Go ahead. No, I have two things that I want to

Speaker:

make sure that we talk about jumping on what

Speaker:

you just said that for me, that not, you know,

Speaker:

not like having the ups and downs. Although I've often said I'm so resilient,

Speaker:

I haven't got the sense to stay down. But. But. But the

Speaker:

other part to that is when I took a course in

Speaker:

positive thinking, you know, it's like when something

Speaker:

happens, you have a choice. You can either go do your default like you

Speaker:

always did before, or you can be curious and say,

Speaker:

what can I learn from this? What. What can I take away from this? And

Speaker:

that has been like, a huge

Speaker:

blessing for me in terms of controlling that roller

Speaker:

coaster. But here's the thing that I want to talk to you about, because this

Speaker:

is something that you said way at the beginning, and I didn't

Speaker:

hit on it. And that was the idea of calm

Speaker:

versus chaos. And I think

Speaker:

that. I think, all right, let me see how

Speaker:

I can put this. As an entrepreneur, I think there's a

Speaker:

difference between

Speaker:

excitement and curiosity and unpredictability

Speaker:

and chaos. Does that make sense?

Speaker:

Yeah. It doesn't mean that there are. There might not be some

Speaker:

chaos, but chaos to me means you're like, totally

Speaker:

without direction and being pulled in all kinds of different

Speaker:

directions. And, you know, you feel like you are

Speaker:

at the whim of the world. It

Speaker:

can be like that, but it could

Speaker:

also be something that just also can throw you off kilter.

Speaker:

Meaning. How can I say that?

Speaker:

So, for example, maybe, you know, you're in the calm or

Speaker:

something happens outside of your control. Significant

Speaker:

emotional event, traumatic event happens with family member,

Speaker:

loved one, you, losses, like all of these different things can

Speaker:

cause us to easily be. If we're in this, this

Speaker:

maybe a normalcy of calm, it can go

Speaker:

into chaos. And there's a reason why that happens.

Speaker:

And I think the biggest picture is to know that

Speaker:

your body has a conscious and an unconscious to it. Your mind has a

Speaker:

conscious and an unconscious to it. Your heart has a conscious and

Speaker:

an unconscious to it. So it that automatic pattern,

Speaker:

a lot of times is in the unconscious, like, we could easily go to

Speaker:

the default. And what you had been talking about is

Speaker:

actually interrupting the pattern. Because it's

Speaker:

funny, a child raised, one of the things I had said

Speaker:

before, a child raised in chaos. Life can become

Speaker:

chaos. We tend to normalize chaos. So it's

Speaker:

not even necessarily we attract what we

Speaker:

want. We really attract what we are.

Speaker:

If there's some chaos that's happening that happened years ago, we

Speaker:

can sometimes repeat the pattern of that unconsciously until

Speaker:

we make the conscious choice to interrupt that pattern.

Speaker:

And when there's nothing that's creating this turmoil or this

Speaker:

conflict inside, then nothing externally can impact

Speaker:

you. So then, you know, we talk about really

Speaker:

leaning into what's going on, letting go of what we need to let go

Speaker:

of so we can leap forward, because a lot of times we'll hold on. So

Speaker:

when I was talking about that roller coaster, we can hold on even

Speaker:

unconsciously to the heaviness and the baggage

Speaker:

of that roller coaster as we're trying to move forward. So it's like,

Speaker:

okay, we're born. We have a beautiful backpack on, and

Speaker:

it's totally empty. Happy, baby. Yay. Okay, something happened.

Speaker:

We put some rocks in the backpack, and as we're going through life, these b.

Speaker:

These rocks keep getting added. But it's such an unconscious weight

Speaker:

that we don't even know is there. Right. And

Speaker:

it's funny because a lot of times after people experience

Speaker:

the work and stuff, they're like, I feel so much like, I had no idea.

Speaker:

We have no idea. The heaviness is sometimes we can carry, especially

Speaker:

as that resiliency, because I remember that was

Speaker:

the biggest thing. Okay, strong, super. Just go through force through. But

Speaker:

sometimes that can cause burnout, sometimes that can cause overwhelm and

Speaker:

uncertainty. But it's the part about the feeling. I just

Speaker:

want to revert back to this part about the feeling. Because that is the

Speaker:

part that is like a big

Speaker:

cave that people. The biggest resistance

Speaker:

comes. And I get it. It's scary to go into this place. It's

Speaker:

scary to go to the next level. But in order for us to

Speaker:

us get to the next level towards freedom, it

Speaker:

requires us to be able to get comfortable in something uncomfortable,

Speaker:

break free from it, break through from it, and Then be able to

Speaker:

easily walk in with a more calmer way into our

Speaker:

destiny. I. There's a quote by Robert Campbell

Speaker:

and he said he was a Irish immigrant. He came

Speaker:

here years ago, like so I was not born. But

Speaker:

he became a very successful businessman. And he says

Speaker:

the cave that you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek.

Speaker:

What's the cave? What's the treasure? A lot of times we

Speaker:

may get to, into one cave, overcome the fear, and then we're in a whole

Speaker:

new. We get to the treasure and then all of a sudden, as we're going

Speaker:

on our journey, here comes another cave. Okay, yay. Do we. How do we. Do

Speaker:

we face it? We have to redefine fear.

Speaker:

Redefine fear from forget everything and run, which we typically

Speaker:

do to face everything and

Speaker:

rise. And then we get to feel everything and relax. And

Speaker:

that's really where the beautiful grounding calm

Speaker:

becomes sustainable. I think one of

Speaker:

the things that for me as I was

Speaker:

changing and growing was I came from a background

Speaker:

kind of chaos. And so when there wasn't

Speaker:

chaos, it felt uncomfortable.

Speaker:

And you tend to, you, you tend to make it, you

Speaker:

tend to make me have to fill that space.

Speaker:

And, and when, when, when you've got that calm,

Speaker:

you're, you're almost in that place where I'm

Speaker:

waiting for the other shoe to drop. Something's going to happen. So you, you

Speaker:

almost, you don't let yourself enjoy it because you're,

Speaker:

you're used to this other thing. So yeah,

Speaker:

is a bumpy ride, but it is definitely worth it. So let me do this

Speaker:

before we run out of time. Okay? We've, we've hit on, I

Speaker:

think, some really amazing ideas for people

Speaker:

and you have a gift. And I want to make sure that you talk about

Speaker:

the gift and that you also make sure you give us some

Speaker:

action steps that we can take because I believe you haven't really

Speaker:

learned something until you applied it. So correct

Speaker:

about the gift. Okay, so the free gift that I have for you

Speaker:

today is seven secrets to more biz Life

Speaker:

harmony. And it's because you have the power. You have

Speaker:

the power to increase your time, your money,

Speaker:

your influence, your impact. And these secrets

Speaker:

are going to share with you how I give you seven secrets that spell

Speaker:

out the word harmony. And then over the series of the

Speaker:

next seven days, I give you seven more secrets and they

Speaker:

spell out another word that I think that you'll like.

Speaker:

It really is about

Speaker:

leaning in. I'm going to share with you the steps now. Our, our three

Speaker:

step process here is Lean in. You got to

Speaker:

lean into what's going on most of the time. The things that

Speaker:

we don't let that. Going back to that quote, the things that are going to

Speaker:

bring us the biggest fruit are the things that

Speaker:

we're probably have a lot of resistance to. So it goes back to

Speaker:

that part where you were talking about. Let me just take a sip of water

Speaker:

here. It goes back to what you

Speaker:

were talking about of when you have a decision, right.

Speaker:

You have a decision. And there is,

Speaker:

you know, sometimes we're being blown away. It could be a. A chaotic decision,

Speaker:

or maybe you're to create chaos about the decision.

Speaker:

Some decisions, not all opportunities are good opportunities. We

Speaker:

know this. But some decisions may have a

Speaker:

chaotic component to it. Even though it's an energetic.

Speaker:

Yes. Most of the times

Speaker:

you want to check in to, okay, what is the energy behind us?

Speaker:

There's always the energy behind whatever the decision

Speaker:

and all. Also the transformation if

Speaker:

it's not an energetic. Yes. Usually for me, I'm like, no,

Speaker:

I already. So it's about being able to know

Speaker:

your decisions and own them. You ever said, like, part of me wants to do

Speaker:

this, part of me wants to do that. That is actually an example of an

Speaker:

internal conflict. Literally. It can be like a tug of war in the

Speaker:

mind. And the longer that tug of war goes on,

Speaker:

then the longer we stay in indecision. And a lot of times we

Speaker:

get to waste a lot of time and energy. Indecision. So

Speaker:

these secrets are going to be able to support you in getting clarity with that.

Speaker:

That is fabulous. And I can't believe. I mean, I do believe we're running out

Speaker:

of time because. Because I'm having a good time.

Speaker:

So just ask you this.

Speaker:

What was the. What was the last time you did something new for the first

Speaker:

time? My

Speaker:

answer to you is, every day.

Speaker:

Every day. Seriously, is there lies the beauty of

Speaker:

entrepreneurship? It's never going to be the same. It's a new

Speaker:

opportunity, a new season every day. You know, it's funny how I used

Speaker:

to live in Florida and the seasons never really changed there,

Speaker:

Right? So it's funny because, like, then you recognize how. Wow. People don't really.

Speaker:

There's not a lot of shift. Well, up here in Virginia, we have four

Speaker:

seasons. We're forced to change every single quarter,

Speaker:

even if you don't like it or like it or not. But what if

Speaker:

every day could be a new season and a new opportunity?

Speaker:

You know, there is, literally. Especially because I live

Speaker:

the mom, wife, and CEO life. Every day is completely different.

Speaker:

You Know, our mind resists change, but the only

Speaker:

constant is change. Really embracing these changes. And

Speaker:

every day and seeing my kids in a new light, seeing myself in

Speaker:

a new light, seeing my husband in a new light, and

Speaker:

that my interaction, Interactions with. Is that evolution.

Speaker:

My interactions with myself and others and seeing that

Speaker:

evolution, man, that is new and fresh every day. And that's a

Speaker:

great thing. Yeah. And, I mean, kids will show you new ways

Speaker:

all. All the time. Okay, time

Speaker:

for the commercial. So, as the first step, I hope you're going to

Speaker:

subscribe and share and engage on the podcast on social media.

Speaker:

And the reason I did this is I wanted a way to

Speaker:

help, to give back, to help you supercharge your business through connections.

Speaker:

And I'm hoping to connect you with people that maybe you wouldn't have had a

Speaker:

chance to meet. And they're all coming with their. Their insight and

Speaker:

a gift and things that are going to help you to grow yourself and your

Speaker:

business. So I hope you'll continue to join me on the one small

Speaker:

change so that we can embark on,

Speaker:

you know, tiny shifts that are going to give you,

Speaker:

like, incredible transformation. And if you haven't listened to the

Speaker:

first episode, you should. And I'm also doing a thing called

Speaker:

the Quarterly Clarity Call, because it's really hard for

Speaker:

me to not talk on my own podcast. So I get a half an hour

Speaker:

to talk by myself. So there'll be two episodes of that is up

Speaker:

that you can see. So

Speaker:

I hate to say it, but what's your last words? What's the takeaway that you

Speaker:

want the audience to have? The last

Speaker:

takeaway is that when you lean in, it

Speaker:

allows you to fully let go. And guess what? That allows

Speaker:

you to leap forward. There's things consciously and

Speaker:

unconsciously that are not called to be in your new season,

Speaker:

and that is a beautiful thing. You know, it's the. The

Speaker:

analogy of we can hold on to all that we

Speaker:

know so tight, it can actually prevent the very things

Speaker:

that God is trying to bless us with from coming in. So what are you

Speaker:

called to lean into? What are you called to let go of? And how

Speaker:

is that going to allow you to leap forward and go ahead and get your

Speaker:

free gift? And we look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you so much,

Speaker:

Yvonne, for having me today. This was awesome. Thank you. And

Speaker:

for everybody else, remember, change is simple, but it's not always easy.

Speaker:

It requires courage and resilience and a willingness to step outside your

Speaker:

comfort zone. So I hope you will continue to join me on the one

Speaker:

small change and until the next time, stay very

Speaker:

curious. Heather, thank you so much.

Speaker:

Absolutely. My pleasure.
