Kaylie Hogan-Schnittker, Director of Talent Strategy with the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, welcomes Lindsey Rogers, Director of Programs at the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools into the AOI Podcast Studio where they talk about the Spark Summer Learning initiative through the school district. The summer learning camp is a hand-on camp focusing on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) for Lincoln-area elementary students. The program begins in late-May 2025 and runs through early-August 2025. Kaylie and Lindsey talk about the program and why it continues to grow, especially with STEAM jobs growing rapidly across the country.
