Shownotes
In this guided breathing reset for caregivers, Charlotte uses a simple counting breath to give your mind less to carry for a few minutes.
This 5 minute breathing exercise offers caregiver stress relief by pairing each breath with a number, so your attention has somewhere gentle to rest.
This episode is for moments when:
- you have been making decisions all day and your mind feels worn down
- you are caring for someone and cannot think through one more choice
- you feel scattered, foggy, or pulled in too many directions at once
- you need a short breathing meditation that asks very little from you
Listening Instructions
- You can listen seated, lying down, or wherever you are.
- Eyes open or closed.
- Just five minutes to soften your breath and let your body settle.

I’ve put together two longer guided meditations you can use when five minutes just isn’t enough — a 20-minute Body Scan and a calming Ocean Visualization.
They’re completely free, and you can come back to them anytime you need a little more space to settle your body and mind.
