Shownotes

In this guided breathing reset for caregivers, Charlotte uses a simple counting breath to give your mind less to carry for a few minutes.

This 5 minute breathing exercise offers caregiver stress relief by pairing each breath with a number, so your attention has somewhere gentle to rest.

This episode is for moments when:

  • you have been making decisions all day and your mind feels worn down
  • you are caring for someone and cannot think through one more choice
  • you feel scattered, foggy, or pulled in too many directions at once
  • you need a short breathing meditation that asks very little from you

Listening Instructions

  • You can listen seated, lying down, or wherever you are.
  • Eyes open or closed.
  • Just five minutes to soften your breath and let your body settle.
