In this episode, Sarah shares how a recent bike crash and a global pandemic didn’t stop her from racing back-to-back days in one weekend, including the Route 66 Half Iron Distance race in Springfield IL and the Tri Indy Triathlon in Indianapolis IL. She tells us how COVID-19 protocols have changed the race experience and about her motivation to recover and get back to racing after a bike crash in June.
