Prime Minister Fico recently completed three foreign trips, starting with Hungary, where he met with his closest ally, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. Just this week he visited Ukraine, where he met with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and on the same day, Robert Fico also met with Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin.

Culture Minister Martina Šimkovičová will face a dismissal from the office in Parliament. It will be initiated by the opposition Freedom and Solidarity (SaS) and Progressive Slovakia.

On Saturday, the skiers fought for the medal in the giant slalom in the Slovak mountains. Slovakian favorite Petra Vlhová is also aiming for the podium. But it was not meant to be.
