Lesson 197: Find Silly Things That Make You Laugh

Laughter is good for your soul so whenever you can, find things that make you laugh; especially the tiny silly ones. When things go grey, when days are gloom, I find that laughter has a way of warming things up and making the days brighter. We live in a time where we can reach out to our phones and find cute videos that bring smiles to our faces. I love it and I have my go-to videos when I need a laugh.
