In today's episode I speak about hustling and overworking yourself, and what it has to do with your comfort zone. It is a pattern in our society to equal hard work with value and self-worth. And people are basically addicted to creating worth out of work. This is why grinding and hustling has become an individual and also societal comfort zone.
I give you 4 steps how to break that addiction, how to break out of your current comfort zone of hard work and instead, step into a life of ease, into a business model of working less and - funny enough - achieving more :)
