Shownotes

It's episode119.

In this, the third and final episode in the mini-series on worry, Dave goes deeper into worry and how our propensity to worry can have deep roots in our past and the narratives of our lives. He shares 3 tips and asks a challenging question - what is the pay-off for being a worrier? Worry can plague many of us, robbing us of our confidence, positivity and motivation. We can find it gets in the way of our health and weight-loss efforts and undermine our goals. Releasing the worrier within is possible but does take work. The three part mini-series concluding with this episode offers a range of tips and approaches to release ourselves from the grip of worry. Check out part 1 of this mini-series in episode 116 and part 2 in episode 118
