Hello, this is your host, Maureen Spielman. I'm here to talk a little bit more about soul care coaching, and why it's having its moment in the sun. If you've ever been curious about coaching, but thought, it's not for me listening. I think so many of us go through life thinking we should have all the answers. You may have had support in the form of therapist or a friend in the past, but you find yourself feeling the same feelings and possibly not understanding why you still feel resistance to some part of your life. Or you don't know how to feel unstuck, or get to that next level of understanding and action. Coaching is interesting, because it's not the first avenue people think about, mostly because they haven't experienced it yet. I used to feel this way too. I never had a coach until I became a coach. After all, it takes time, effort and money to take the leap and trust that hiring a coach could improve your overall well being. If you listen to episode two, then you know how I work and what my value systems are in coaching. If you want to have a sacred space held for you, be asked magical questions, have the world of potential and possibilities your own opened for you and see yourself as whole and worthy, then coaching is absolutely the right fit for you.
