Deep and we figure out what's going on because so many times we know that we have a hunger or we have a craving and we think it's physical or we think.

It's for sugar.

But we might actually be craving just to feel better, which might not.

Be found in the sugar.

It might be because we need more alone time or we need more time with people.

Or maybe we need something different.

Maybe we need some variety it.

Just depends what the root cause.
