I want to share a story with you about somebody who works with us currently and has really transformed her income as well as her clients, health overall, in profound ways. We started with her many, many years ago, and she's a medical doctor who has a dual license in orthopedics as well as skincare. And when we first approached her, she was very resistant to learn new things, as many people are. But then when we explained the science to her, her eyes really opened, because she understood that it was something unique that she had never heard before. And then she had her own experience on it, because she actually slipped on some ice. She fell, and she hurt her hips really badly, and she was able to, with our methods, completely have a transformation in her discomfort and in her mobility, and that's what really opened her eyes for the health side of what we do. And then on top of that, once she got back from her recovery period, she was out of the office for about two months. She couldn't work because her hips were that bad. I asked her, you know, when you were gone, how much money did you make? And she's like, of course, I didn't make anything. I wasn't working. And I said, well, see if you had worked with us during this time, or started working with us sooner, you would have had money coming in while you weren't able to work. And that one thing really was the thing that she said to me, really made her realize the power of what we do. And so now we work with her. We've been working with her for many years, and she's very, very happy transforming her clients health in ways that they didn't think was possible, and also transforming her income at the same time.
Tony Pajunen:Dr. Grazyna Pajunen: Yes, and so what is our framework for success? Number one is to be better than your competition and attracting more clients because you are better, and they other people are talking about this, that they are more satisfied by working with you than with somebody else, and then keeping your clients so that clients retention, that's what we are focusing on. And at the same time, we will show you a system that we develop, that you also can create residual income so that, like Tony mentioned, if you buy, want to go for a vacation, you still have income coming in, and you have you are able to sustain, you know, your expenses, and even create more money.
Tony Pajunen:So we discovered our framework through trial and error. Basically, we started off not knowing as much as we do now. And through the years, we've really honed our ability to understand where our clients are, how to really retain them, and how to take them to the next level, in their in their health and at the same time, our finances have completely transformed, because we finally understand what it takes to really keep and maintain and acquire new clients at the same time.
Tony Pajunen:Dr. Grazyna Pajunen: And how do we know that it will work for you? Well, we will guide you by hand. We will stay with you. We are here for results, not to sell anything. So we will work with you. We have a system developed that works and it's proven. We have aI implementation that will help you to follow up with your clients, and you will get our help all the way.
Tony Pajunen:So a lot of the things that the other guys out there, quote, unquote, are doing wrong are, first of all, they're not following up with their clients. There's this idea out there that you put somebody on a subscription and you let that subscription run, and you just forget about that person, and suddenly that's some sort of a residual income for yourself. I'm here to tell you that that is completely opposite to true transforming and to really being there for people. So first of all, the first and primary thing that people do wrong is they don't have time for people. You know, they really don't make the time to really support their clients, to getting success, because they have all these misconceptions about, oh, it's going to take too long, or I can't do it. I don't have enough time, and all this stuff. But guess what? It really is possible, and at the same time, it really does still become residual income down the line, and this is what we're going to explain talk about through this podcast as we go.
Tony Pajunen:Dr. Grazyna Pajunen: How did we get to our level of success? We have invested a lot of money in coaching, in the training we find many, many ways, very. Expensive ways that don't work. So we finally found a way that really works, and we are going to share it with you right here.
Tony Pajunen:Yeah, so one of the lessons that we learned along the way, for sure, was how important, as I mentioned before, it is to follow up with people. So when I first started, I remember I would have somebody start working with me, and I wouldn't follow up in the same way that I'm doing now at all. In fact, I would call them way, way, way, too late, and at that point already, people were like, Oh yeah, I forgot everything at this point. I have no idea what I'm doing. And I was shocked, because I thought that people would remember. I thought that, you know, we we agreed on your regimen, and we agreed this is what you're going to do, and then I expected them to do it, and when they didn't, I was, like, super surprised, because it to me, didn't really seem like that long, but for them, it was an eternity. So that was a huge, huge lesson that I if I only started that from the very, very beginning, that would have been an amazing thing. I would have lost many, many fewer people. But luckily, you don't have to, because I'm here to tell you the lesson right now. The second thing is how to do events. You know, we started with doing events, and we watch other people do events. I think that's where we learned the most, is what kind of like, what not to do, especially from watching others and how they don't take people's information, how they sell stuff without any expectation of following up. It is quite shocking what people do out there, what they think is going to make them a business, and it really isn't. It's a huge lesson to watch it in practice, because then when you can see yourself doing quite opposite, where you're really nurturing people, it's really refreshing and satisfying knowing that people are getting results from you and really not getting results from other people. And I remember the first person who ever said to me, you know, thank you. You helped me more than any doctor that I've ever worked with, any medical professional, any
Tony Pajunen:anyone, really, and I was just somebody who was a certified health coach, you know, with Institute for Integrative Nutrition training, I wasn't even a medical doctor and I was able to transform their lives, they told me more. So that was a huge lesson, that you can transform people along the way. You can really transform your income. That's the other lesson that I really learned, too, is that it is possible to nurture people, to have time for people, but at the same time build a residual income for yourself. Those things are not mutually exclusive. You can have time for yourself, to go traveling, to go see the world, to take time off of work, and at the same time have the time to really support people. It sounds paradoxical, but it's not. It's absolutely possible. And the reason it's possible because it doesn't take that long. People think it's going to take hours and hours and hours. No, you can have a lot of quality time with people that doesn't take a lot of time to have. In fact, a lot of people are busy out there. Maybe they don't even have that much time for you, right? So it's all about just really having people feel supported. And if you can do that, you are off and running. But it's it really takes some finesse, and that's what we're gonna we're gonna really paint the path for you on how to get that success with your clients, to take your income to another level.
Tony Pajunen:Dr. Grazyna Pajunen: Yes, and I would like you to just take a notebook and just write down how many new clients you got in the recent months, or maybe half a year, and how many clients you have that they are still with you. What kind of results do you really can understand? And if they can understand what kind of results they got through working with you, if they even know that you have a method to follow to measure those results and track those results so that you can demonstrate that to your customers and say, Look, by working with me, these are the results that you got so that the your clients get excited. And do you have a follow up system and ask yourself and write it down, because you have to know where you are. And then we can decide where you want to be, and then we can create the path from where you are to where you want to be, and so that you can also have results. And we can track the results by you working with us.
Tony Pajunen:Yeah, so one clear practical thing for you to start doing right now is to. Look at, let's say you're a health coach, and you just registered a new client to start working with you. And let's say you ordered them some supplements right to take on a regular basis. Let's say you're on, they're on a subscription for a certain supplement. One of the biggest things that really changed my business completely, almost overnight. Was following up with them a week after they've ordered. It's really that simple. You schedule it with them too. You don't just call them out of the blue. You schedule you say, hey, I want to talk to you next week to make sure that you got everything. And maybe they didn't. Yeah, maybe it's still on its way, but you can track it a lot of the times, and you can let them know that it's almost there. So I always make sure that I have a way to track their order. So if possible, find a way to do that for them and have that call in a week, schedule it with them. Say, are you busy on 7pm in a week from today? Or I like to do it the same time of day that I'm speaking with them. So if it's 7pm I try to have another call 7pm that next Thursday. If it's a Thursday, that way they're more likely to have the time. And it's amazing what happens when they answer that call. They feel so supported. And then I from that call, I go over everything with them again, how to take everything, because they've likely forgotten. It's already been a week. I go over everything, and then I schedule another call in three weeks, right before their subscription is about to go out, so that they have time to maybe edit it. Maybe they didn't have time to take it. Maybe something happened, and you just want to support them and really celebrate whatever little or big results they've had in that month, those two follow up calls can make a huge difference. It really has changed my business completely, from having three people reorder out of 10 to having nine or
Tony Pajunen:10 people reorder out of 10. If you know, we've met at an expo or whatnot, and or they come on as a coaching client, so that is a huge thing. The next thing is having a week, a monthly call every month after that, right before their subscription goes out, so that they feel like they're not really on a subscription, but they're really on a they have the choice. Every month do they want to reorder or not? So they have that feeling of freedom that they're not bound to anything this, these simple things will make such a difference in your business. You your customers and clients will feel like they're actually being supported.
