Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. I'm Dr Anne Truong. I've treated over
Speaker:7000 men with ED, I want you to start massaging your testicles.
Speaker:Yes, and I'll tell you why that is. So stay tuned and I'll tell
Speaker:you at least four reasons why you need to do it and how it's
Speaker:going to help you with your erection. So the Daoist or
Speaker:philosophers that had been in China since sixth century BC,
Speaker:before Christ. And they talk a lot about testicle massage,
Speaker:because the Daoist theories is that it centers on cultivation,
Speaker:preservation and circulation of sexual energy known as Qi, or
Speaker:Qi. And according to classical Daoist teaching, is widely
Speaker:popularized by Mantak Chia on testicle massage. Let's dive
Speaker:into why testicle massage is really something I've been
Speaker:really reading a lot about, and I feel that is essential to
Speaker:rehabilitation for ED. Because when you do testicle massage,
Speaker:which you can do easily, just using two fingers, just feeling
Speaker:around your testicles, and not too hard, but just enough to
Speaker:kind of about one pound pressure, feeling every
Speaker:curvature, every bump of your testicle, very similar to how a
Speaker:woman do breast self examination. When a woman do
Speaker:breast examination it's like you doing testicle massage. You need
Speaker:to feel your testicle. You need to feel every crevices of the
Speaker:testicle. You need to feel where the tube goes up into the
Speaker:scrotum, into where it crosses and it goes to the prostate,
Speaker:right here. And then so the sperm is actually stored in the
Speaker:prostate, and it comes out with a seminal fluid. But when you do
Speaker:testicle massage, it stimulate blood flow and lymphatic
Speaker:drainage in the testicle, which support healthy function and
Speaker:overall vitality.

Speaker:Number two, it enhances the production of flow of vital
Speaker:sexual energy, which is called "jing", preventing its
Speaker:stagnation or unnecessary loss, which is believed to preserve
Speaker:youth virility and support longevity. Yes.
Speaker:Number three, it can transform sexual energy into life force
Speaker:energy via conscious breathing and visualization. So what that
Speaker:mean is that it can transform your sexual energy into life
Speaker:energy if you coordinate the testicle massage with the
Speaker:breathing as well. So redirecting this energy to go up
Speaker:into the body, to have healthy energy rather than losing it to
Speaker:ejaculation. I know the Daoist believe that you don't ejaculate
Speaker:not deplete your energy as much. So there's some debate about
Speaker:that, but we do know that it does increase energy when you
Speaker:coordinate that with breathing.
Speaker:Number four, it maintained the health of the fascia and
Speaker:surrounding tissue around the testicle here, which plays a
Speaker:part in more hormone production and increasing blood flow to the
Speaker:sexual organ.
Speaker:Number five, it's support, emotional and energy balance,
Speaker:because the Daoists believe that the genitals can store emotions
Speaker:such as fear, anxiety, and massage will help release them.
Speaker:So if you incorporate this with breathing, where, when you
Speaker:inhale, your breath will rise up, or you can see your belly
Speaker:rise up. You inhale to your nose and then you hold for four and
Speaker:breathe out through your mouth. Do like a straw for four. So you
Speaker:coordinate the breathing with the testicle massage and then
Speaker:just relaxing your mind and just think about just relaxing,
Speaker:closing your eyes. This is called testicle breathing, to
Speaker:guide the energy upward into the body rather than allowing it to
Speaker:be lost. So this aim is to harmonize your body, your mind
Speaker:and your spirit and acultivating and circulating sexual energy as
Speaker:part of your health. So essentially, if you coordinate
Speaker:testicle massage with breathing that I just talked about, along
Speaker:with visual imagery, you are actually doing what's called
Speaker:testicle breathing, which then will allow you to relax the
Speaker:mind, harmonize the body and the mind and increase in sexual
Speaker:energy, which will then also help with erection as well.
Speaker:Okay, modern man. If you're struggling with weak erection,
Speaker:low energy, the food you eat could be the big part of the
Speaker:problem. One of the best research pathways to boost

Speaker:So I love this theory because I truly believe that it is really
Speaker:helped with sexual function and also relaxing you as well, and
Speaker:calming down fear and anxiety, particularly with performance
Speaker:anxiety. Now testicle massage are generally considered to be
Speaker:safe when you perform it gently and with awareness. And I mean
Speaker:gently. Gently is just about one pound of pressure and awareness
Speaker:and feeling around your testicles as well. And you don't
Speaker:want to put a lot of pressure, because if you put a lot of
Speaker:pressure, it can cause bruising or trauma and injury, and you
Speaker:don't want to do too much that it can even swell up, okay? And
Speaker:you will know you're doing something that create bruising.
Speaker:So you want to stop with that. And you always want to clean
Speaker:your hands before and after the massage. And if you're diabetic
Speaker:or you have neuropathy, if you just use light pressure. You
Speaker:have to be kind of aware of that, because sometimes diabetic
Speaker:will have decreased sensitivity as well. As long as you're using
Speaker:very light pressure, there's no bruising, you should be fine.
Speaker:Now you shouldn't do testicle massage if you have pre existing
Speaker:conditions such as testicle pain, variceal, which is
Speaker:swelling of the testicle, or hernia in the scrotum as well,
Speaker:or recent injury to your pelvic area, because this can worsen
Speaker:and cause more swelling. You certainly do not want to massage
Speaker:it if you have infection or cuts or sores in a scrotal area.
Speaker:Anyone with history of testicle cancer or post surgical healing
Speaker:in this region, you need to ask your doctor before you attempt
Speaker:massage at this point. But generally, massaging is fairly
Speaker:safe, and it really involves sexual energy, increasing sexual
Speaker:energy, decreasing fear and anxiety, and moving energy from
Speaker:the scroll area into the body, if you coordinate that with
Speaker:breathing called testicle breathing exercise. I love that,
Speaker:because no one talk about it, but something as simple,
Speaker:something like this, will actually go a long way in
Speaker:lowering the anxiety as well as increasing your sexual energy.

Speaker:that I like you to do along with that, is combining that with
Speaker:testicle massage along with a penis pump and also doing Kegel.
