Our guest on the podcast this week is Beverly Wright, a dynamic public speaker, executive/business coach, successful business leader, Diversity, equity and inclusion advisor, and community volunteer. Throughout her long and illustrious career Bev has been an “intrapreneur” building teams and internal businesses inside a Fortune 50 Technology Company, and with the help of her stellar team created an award-winning internal coaching business from the ground up as an integral element of the Leadership Development Program (LDP). She is now CEO of the Wright Choice Group, she is a rare recipient of IBM’s most admired Golden Circle Award, she has been selected as one of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 top coaches and she received the Inaugural ICF Circle Of Distinction? She is passionate about helping her clients become successful as they define it and is active in her local community as President of the Dallas Dinner Table.
Today Bev shares her personal experiences of leadership within corporate America, and how this has evolved into her two core passions (1) of supporting young leaders in the world and (2) trying to be part of healing the divisions she sees in society. She described personal and positional leaderships in insightful ways that leave you feeling inspired about the difference you could personally bring to the table, both inside and outside of organizational life.
