Shownotes

Most entrepreneurs are unable to scale their business beyond a point. Sure – you can achieve moderate success by working as a solo entrepreneur and by relying on word-of-mouth marketing.

But, if you truly wish to make a mark in your field, you will have to build a sales and marketing machine that can generate continuous business for you.

By doing so, you can move away from the “feast and famine” cycle that is a huge deterrent as far as scaling is concerned.

In today’s show, Krystal shares her own experience as an agency owner and as an entrepreneur. Krystal would run paid ads for awhile – and once the leads poured in and she had enough business to keep herself busy, she would simply shut down her ads, taper down her sales and marketing efforts, and simply focus on servicing her clients.

If you have been guilty of doing this as well, listening to this show will particularly help you out.

This show is peppered with different case studies – which reveal how different entrepreneurs are establishing systems and processes to supercharge their business to the next level.
