Shownotes

Welcome!

Triggers: death/dying discussion

In this episode we talk about the last few years of life for my great-aunt Margie. I go in depth of my experience being at her bedside as she passed, and highlight some of the difficult decision making about that time.

I also touch on my Mom's role in her life, how it grew over time, with a promise to dive deeper in a later episode.

Caveats:

  • This is a judgement free zone
  • There are no "shoulds" allowed, we live in curiosity
  • Take what works well for you, leave the rest!

My course "unSandwiched: 5 steps to managing mental drama about aging parents" goes live on July 20th. Please see the interest list here.
