Welcome to Soul Talk. The podcast founded and created by Monica Ramirez, the Warrior of Love. Soul Talk was created in 2020 when the pandemic hit, and we were in lockdown. She wanted to have exciting conversations with open minded people, so they could understand different aspects of herself. And she could help others in the same way. She interviews, healers, coaches, therapists, psychics, readers, channelers, mediums, intellectuals, poets, artists, and more. She calls it soul talk, because it started as a conversation from soul to soul.
Monica Ramirez:Hello, everyone. This is Monica Ramirez, Warrior of Love. And you're in Seoul talk. And today we're interviewing another aware guest in Podapalooza. Her name is Ronnie Ryan. And she is business intuitive. And she's going to speak to us a little bit more about who What is she doing and who she is? Ronnie, would you like to thank you for accepting my invitation. And let us know a little bit about yourself.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:My pleasure. So I am a business intuitive. And I work with entrepreneurial women who are looking for insightful and practical information and solutions to any kind of business issues or concerns. So you know, sometimes you can do all the analysis and all the research and your due diligence and all of that, and you make a pro and con list and you still can't decide, you know, what's the best way to go? And who's the best hire? Or who is the best coach for me? Or which way? Should I go to scale my business? Or do I need to move in another direction and pivot and all those kinds of things. And you know, sometimes it helps to just get that intuitive edge and have an advantage of being able to tune into what's for your highest good or what's where the most energy is, or the most light? So that's what I do.
Monica Ramirez:That is so true. I remember when I started my business, I did not know what was a landing page, how to write content, what kind of content I was needing, etcetera, how to promote it, and all the changes with social media. Do you help them with all that?
Ronnie Ann Ryan:No. I'm not doing like social media, practical kind of stuff like that. I'm helping people who, you know, like a woman came to me and she is a coach, and she's doing very well. And she wants to scale her business and make it bigger. So she could do more group coaching, or she could do more private coaching. And so I looked at the energy of both of those, and the energy of group was far bigger. And so I said, let's I you know, the energies in the group coaching shows, yeah, I don't want to do group coaching. Now. I'm like, why not? So then the coaching part of what I do comes in, because you know, I've been an entrepreneur for 30 years, I was a brand marketing, I was in marketing consultant, I was a copywriter. I've been a coach for 20 years. So I have a lot of background, it helped me pull it out together with the intuition. So I said, Well, why don't you want to do that. And it boiled down to she felt pressured. And if she just moved her launch up one month, everything changed. And she was much more willing to do it. So we just had to understand what was keeping her and holding her back from that one thing, because that was the the group crouching was definitely the thing that had the most energy. And by the time we went through with our conversation in our session, she felt really good. She knew where she was going. She knew what her next steps were. And she felt like this was on target, it felt like, you know, the right thing in her gut. So that's the kind of thing I do. Now, I did just work with another woman who wanted to plan out the rest of the year, you know, so we talked about what is her main message, and then came up with the programs, she had program ideas, but some of them off her message. So this is the practical part. And then you know when to launch this and when to offer this. And then she was like, but what about my social media? I'm like, I don't know, you know, like, that's not my specialty. That's to new degree. I do like bigger strategy or creativity or figuring out what's most aligned with who you are, what your business is, and what's going to work.
Monica Ramirez:How do you do this? And I know, inside of your intuition, do you have any kind of guidance? Or how do you get to those conclusions?
Ronnie Ann Ryan:Well, it is all intuition and intuition is you know, your inner guidance. I don't I do talk to other people's spirit guides sometimes so that can be helpful too. But It's all you know, it all is from the inner realm, we'll call it, you know, it's definitely from the inner realm. And of course, then I have a lot of common sense and practical experience, and 30 years as an entrepreneur myself, so it's a real combination and blend of intuition and practical business experience.
Monica Ramirez:Because I have met many coaches, that they work with the Akashic records for business. And, but they do, I work with Rosalind Fung. She's one of those that she do Kashuk records with business. And then she opened the Kashi records for her clients. And that's how she do it.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:I do that too. I can look in the Akashic records, but I do it differently. I go into the Akashic records and past lives, and I've been doing that for 30 years, too. So I did it before everybody wrote the books or did all the certification programs. So I've been at it a long time, I have to go in looking for an issue. So if you have an issue, you say, you know, I just can't seem to charge enough or I make money, but then it goes out as fast or, I don't know, you know, what, what is my strongest skill? And what should I focus on? Those are all things I can focus on, go into the records and get information. So other people have different things. They use a lot of charts and pendulums and stuff. And that gives you great information. That's not how I do it. But that's another way to do it, for sure. But I can also go into the Akashic records, but it'll be based on your history, not on your future.
:Welcome, then choosing to be part of this group, you have said yes to yourself. You've chosen to confront those limitations keeping you from achieving the life of your dreams. Monica Ramirez:I have came to understand how important were the copywriters in the play a big role in this and you mentioned that you were you used to be a copywriter? Yes. And he plays a big, big role in another business. Because it's the way how we suppress our content or whatever we're promoting. That is the way we're going to be attracting actually our clients. Yes. Right. Do you coach them in groups? Or you coach them one on one? Or how do you do it?
Ronnie Ann Ryan:Well, um, I don't really coach on a copy. I used to write a lot of copy. But now I'm doing the business intuition thing. But I have right now I'm doing one on one work. I may end up having a group at some point. I haven't gotten to that yet. But yeah, right now I'm just doing one on one.
Monica Ramirez:Okay.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:And copy. Yeah, copy is really important. The most important piece of that is, how can you get to the, you know, emotional aspect that's going to make people feel like, oh, I need that. Right? You got to hit their pain points in a way that makes them take action. It's not just making them feel crummy about themselves. That's not going to work. But it's about connecting with somebody to help them go, oh, yeah, I have that problem. But maybe that could help me, you know, and make that you know, so that they want to take action. And you know, take advantage of whatever service or product you have.
Monica Ramirez:Even if you know that many I have met many, many coaches, healers, etc, that they wanted to start their business, but they don't even know how to start, or where to start. How would you approach?
Ronnie Ann Ryan:How would I approach somebody who hasn't started?
Monica Ramirez:Yes.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:You know, that's a tough one for me, because I'm really interested in working with women who are already high achievers. So, but to me, the first thing I would do for anybody who's brand new is make sure they have clarity about what service do they want to provide? What are the benefits of those services, or products and who is the target audience? Because if you don't know those three things, there's going to be a lot of struggle. So why It's, you know, what do you want to offer? And why people want that that's the benefits? What's the, you know? What's the good news about what you do? And then who are the kinds of people that are going to want it? Then you can know what podcast should I be on? You know, what Facebook groups should I join where, you know, what should I put on Instagram? You know, what should I write about on my blog or whatever, and it gives you a place to jump off from, you really want to find a firm foundation, you can always change it, you can tweak it and change it and improve it. As you learn more about your market and what you're offering and what they want what people want, you can always change it, but that's the best way. And also, I would say, please just start, stop trying to make it perfect. Before you even get out the door, you'll never do anything, right. Perfectionism will keep you poor. Right? It'll keep you from starting, it'll keep you from sharing your gifts with the world. So you don't have to be perfect to start, you just have to put a good foundation under you about what are you going to talk about? And what are you going to offer and who doesn't matter to and then jump in and get started.
Monica Ramirez:Those are great tips for everybody. Everybody that's listening, that they should actually follow those steps. Because yes, that's the basic and that's the foundation. And after that, get a coach. And there are 1000s of coaches in this one, that you can help you out to start your business because it is very important.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:It makes a difference to have that kind of support. Yeah, I agree.
Monica Ramirez:Yes. Ronnie, do you have any last words that you would like to say to our listeners?
Ronnie Ann Ryan:Well, if people feel like they want to rely on their intuition more, what I recommend is practicing. And not, you know, don't take the big risks, the big leap, the big jump, but practice it on little things like, you know, which way should I go home tonight, which road should I take, and then keep track of your results so that you can start to see evidence of when you've been right when your hunches were accurate? When you trusted your gut and it worked out. And when you keep track of it, then you have evidence and you have something to look at, you have a track record and you go, you know, I've been pretty on target and then you can start to trust it, build confidence in it. Everybody has an intuitive ability, every single person. So it just takes practice. It's like any other muscle that you want to work out and stretch. So give it a go. That's my last words of advice. Monica, thank you.
Monica Ramirez:It is so true. Because believing in yourself. It will be the lip it will be this confirmation that you're mentioning. And, so right.
Ronnie Ann Ryan:Absolutely.
Monica Ramirez:Thank you so much, Ronnie for being here. And so talk and thank you everybody for our listeners that are are seeing the podcast. And we thank you for being here. Please share with your friends at write us a review. We will appreciate that. Thank you so much. Thank you for everybody. This is Monica Ramirez and thank you for being in Soul Talk.
