I deeply identify as an entrepreneur. I identify as someone who can see an opportunity because it matches my creativity and my soul’s calling, and can offer something within that gap in the market, and feel confident to back it and to allow it to be something that makes the world a better place. You don’t have to be interested in running your own business to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and that’s what I’m going to talk about today.
Even if no one in your immediate family is an entrepreneur, if you look back far enough in your lineage you will find resourceful, entrepreneurial souls creating wealth, money, and commerce in their own way. Their energy flows through you, even now, and they are so excited for you.
People with an entrepreneurial spirit are much better equipped to:
I’m glad you’re here because we’re going to activate your creative ownership and entrepreneurial spirit so we can move forward as the generational pattern breakers we are.

Music: Cafe Lounge by FASSounds | A Podcast Launch Bestie production
All right, so welcome back to the show.
Ash Johns:Those of you who are listening to the podcast, you don't see that it
Ash Johns:is most definitely nighttime and uh, if you're on YouTube, you know that
Ash Johns:because you're seeing that everything is warmly lit and my eyes are like low.
Ash Johns:I'm in my favorite.
Ash Johns:Burgundy.
Ash Johns:lounge dress.
Ash Johns:And it's about, not even about, it's actually after 10:00 PM Um, and if
Ash Johns:you guys don't know, not only am I an early bird, but I'm also late to bed.
Ash Johns:So I think this is gonna be a very juicy episode, because I'm recording it in.
Ash Johns:Pre liminal, cozy, winding down, nice and slow.
Ash Johns:Vibe.
Ash Johns:Let's crawl in to today's episode.
Ash Johns:I'm hoping that even if you're listening to this at the beginning
Ash Johns:of your day or midday, you can drop into these very present and relaxing
Ash Johns:vibes that I've got going here.
Ash Johns:And I would even invite you, if you can, if you wanna sink into the energy that I'm
Ash Johns:recording this episode in, if it's not.
Ash Johns:Time of day, or you can't get into that state, maybe save this episode, you
Ash Johns:know, for end of day when you wanna wind down and, um, be inspired, you know?
Ash Johns:Those of you who are listening via the traditional podcast
Ash Johns:platforms, rate to give me a review.
Ash Johns:I'd love to see you guys sharing this on social media and tagging me.
Ash Johns:Um, it, it just delights me to be honest with you.
Ash Johns:So a reminder slash invitation slash sharing my desire.
Ash Johns:Which I think I talked about that at the very, very beginning
Ash Johns:of birthing this podcast.
Ash Johns:Um, my desires for this space.
Ash Johns:And I still feel they are the same, even though the podcast continues to evolve.
Ash Johns:okay, y'all, when I wrote the notes and got this idea about this episode,
Ash Johns:I really did think about it through the lens of entrepreneurship and.
Ash Johns:Being a small business owner, and the journey of stepping into
Ash Johns:your entrepreneurial power, and those of you who don't know this,
Ash Johns:it's like my favorite line ever.
Ash Johns:I had a background in advertising, branding, market research.
Ash Johns:I have, um, been entrepreneurial my whole life or aspired to be an entrepreneur
Ash Johns:my whole life and have had so many.
Ash Johns:Failed and successful, but mostly failed, experiences.
Ash Johns:And so, you know, when I first like really started my business, it was in consulting,
Ash Johns:it was leaving the ad industry and taking those services and offering them to mom
Ash Johns:and pop and small business owners, um, which then led me into being an advisor
Ash Johns:and a consultant, which then led me into.
Ash Johns:Coaching then led me into healing.
Ash Johns:And here we are, full circle, doing all the things, just being myself.
Ash Johns:And so, um, I really did, you know, if I were to say this is a content pillar of
Ash Johns:things that I want to talk about on this podcast, conscious business, becoming an
Ash Johns:entrepreneur, tapping into your purpose, your passions, your gifts is, you know,
Ash Johns:the sentiment, but the takeaway, I'm gonna give you a heads up, the takeaway.
Ash Johns:And the key message here is actually applicable to anything and everything in
Ash Johns:your life, especially those of us who are stepping into empowered, fully expressed,
Ash Johns:completely balanced, creational.
Ash Johns:Women cure me when I say this.
Ash Johns:You need this message.
Ash Johns:So whether you're an entrepreneur, whether you are a small business owner,
Ash Johns:whether you aspire to that or not, this episode still has a medicine.
Ash Johns:For you because it is ministering to me when I got the download to share it.
Ash Johns:And even with me writing out the notes and now with me delivering it to you.
Ash Johns:And I wanna even share another thing.
Ash Johns:You know, in previous episodes I've talked about how I've never gone back
Ash Johns:and listened to my podcast episodes, especially those where I was invited as a
Ash Johns:guest speaker to other people's podcasts.
Ash Johns:And in the last month, that has changed.
Ash Johns:I've been going back and listening to these episodes that I put out in March.
Ash Johns:it's, 20, 23 right now, y'all, if you're listening from the future,
Ash Johns:and I was like, oh my gosh.
Ash Johns:Like, hmm, I needed to hear this again.
Ash Johns:Like, oh, there's so much juice in medicine, Ash, like,
Ash Johns:thank you for delivering this.
Ash Johns:So I just like to share that because even though I carry such incredible gifts, I'm
Ash Johns:so great at who I am and what I do, and I offer that and share that with all of you.
Ash Johns:My medicine is also for me, and I, I just came into that embodiment, not
Ash Johns:realization, not understanding, cuz I realized it, I knew it, but the
Ash Johns:experience of it has shifted and I'm now feel cold to re-listen to what I'm
Ash Johns:saying and let it edify and nourish.
Ash Johns:And level me up again and again and again.
Ash Johns:So that's a little transparent and vulnerable.
Ash Johns:The teacher is a student to themselves.
Ash Johns:The student is a teacher to themselves.
Ash Johns:moment.
Ash Johns:One more thing before we crawl into this.
Ash Johns:Let me please thank you for supporting me.
Ash Johns:Again, whether you're on YouTube, whether you're getting the clips, whether you're
Ash Johns:seeing this, wherever you're seeing it, you're subscribed or you're popped in.
Ash Johns:because March the rebirth of this podcast had the highest downloads ever.
Ash Johns:We were almost at 1200 downloads, and that really made me feel proud and
Ash Johns:excited, and inspired and supported, seen, appreciated, and loved.
Ash Johns:Like that was just amazing.
Ash Johns:So thank you for downloading.
Ash Johns:Thank you for listening.
Ash Johns:Yeah, that was juicy.
Ash Johns:That was juicy.
Ash Johns:And, and yeah, if you wanna see my face, head over to the YouTube
Ash Johns:and subscribe to see this episode.
Ash Johns:Cause I'm, I'm beaming and I wanted to remember to thank y'all for downloading.
Ash Johns:thank you for listening and supporting my work.
Ash Johns:So this title, some of us will, Millionaires or multimillionaires,
Ash Johns:but we all should be entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:And I will say this is a little bit of a tongue and cheek title because
Ash Johns:I was a part of and know someone who has a platform, a movement, a brand
Ash Johns:all around like becoming a millionaire.
Ash Johns:Shout out to her.
Ash Johns:but I know not everyone.
Ash Johns:Empowered or inspired or desire, it might not be your life path to
Ash Johns:be, a millionaire or to even be an entrepreneur, and I believe all of us.
Ash Johns:Truly believe in my soul, all of us, especially in this day and time,
Ash Johns:especially, what's coming into this world, into this plane, into the cultures
Ash Johns:that's changing and the economies that's moving and the new technology that's
Ash Johns:being created, the conflict that's still brewing, so on and so forth.
Ash Johns:And that's not to bring in the energies of fear, it's just to
Ash Johns:remind us that we are in a changing.
Ash Johns:If there's anything about planet Earth is that we're constantly changing.
Ash Johns:Things are the same and things are different at the same damn time.
Ash Johns:And so in these moments that we find ourself in being
Ash Johns:entrepreneurial and spirit, in my opinion, is a non-negotiable.
Ash Johns:And while that expression of that characteristic can be embodied
Ash Johns:in many different ways, it is intangible as we move into.
Ash Johns:Uncertain times.
Ash Johns:Even more uncertain, continually uncertain, right?
Ash Johns:The ability to create something out of nothing.
Ash Johns:Hold conviction and ownership and pride.
Ash Johns:Show up with your head raised.
Ash Johns:your authority intact, your interest to create.
Ash Johns:Hold follow through.
Ash Johns:Like I know this language is sounding very masculine, like masculine traits,
Ash Johns:and you guys know I'm all about being a balanced creational woman.
Ash Johns:Meaning that your masculine energies, your feminine energies, your God creational
Ash Johns:energies are fully online and inside of you and supporting your soul's, calling
Ash Johns:your ancestral agreements, and truly you creating the life that you are meant
Ash Johns:to have and enjoy in this lifetime.
Ash Johns:And I want you to just hear me out that I'm just talking about an energy of
Ash Johns:ownership, agency, autonomy, freedom, that you can be embodying and showing
Ash Johns:up as and performing no matter who you are, where you are, what your background
Ash Johns:is, what language you speak, what wounds you carry, what blessings you have,
Ash Johns:what privileges you've been given.
Ash Johns:Whether you are a nine to five worker hopping from job to job, work in the
Ash Johns:gig economy, or a multi, six figure multi-millionaire entrepreneur, small
Ash Johns:business owner, investor, like the ability to own who you are and what
Ash Johns:you do and have pride in that is just, it's the kreme de la creme.
Ash Johns:Like truly, like truly.
Ash Johns:So, Crawl into this a little bit more, and I am gonna give some tips for those
Ash Johns:of you who are curious about becoming an entrepreneur, are trying to, or
Ash Johns:struggling to, or frustrated with it.
Ash Johns:And you are maybe like, you know, teetering on trying
Ash Johns:to go back and get a job.
Ash Johns:I can talk about that.
Ash Johns:There's so many podcast episodes and.
Ash Johns:Yeah, programs and courses, I could teach on that because I've been
Ash Johns:walking this path for a while now and I've gone back to jobs in corporate.
Ash Johns:I've left, I've done a lot of things.
Ash Johns:I've been on my own for a long time now.
Ash Johns:So if that's you, definitely reach out and let me know because I can have
Ash Johns:more episodes on that in the future.
Ash Johns:But first off, I wanna say that I really love being an entrepreneur,
Ash Johns:like, surprise, surprise.
Ash Johns:And don't get me wrong, that does not mean that there are not tough.
Ash Johns:Challenging times, growth edge times, but it's so worth it, right?
Ash Johns:And I deeply identify as an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:I identify as someone who can see an opportunity and feel and
Ash Johns:see that opportunity because it matches my creativity and my souls
Ash Johns:calling my soul's agreements.
Ash Johns:and can offer something within that.
Ash Johns:Or create a market, but in the gap in the market and, feel confident to back
Ash Johns:it and to allow it to be something that makes the world a better place.
Ash Johns:That was a very long definition, but that is my definition of entrepreneurship.
Ash Johns:And, I'll make sure that we put this in the show notes.
Ash Johns:I do have like a principles to spiritual entrepre.
Ash Johns:Which you don't even have to be a spiritual entrepreneur for it
Ash Johns:to resonate with you, or even interested in entrepreneurship.
Ash Johns:It'll still resonate with you, but it's a little quick video training
Ash Johns:that's on YouTube, so I will make sure that we have that in the show
Ash Johns:notes because it really breaks down my definition of entrepreneurship and how
Ash Johns:that separates or how that's different than, being a small business owner.
Ash Johns:Or, you know, working a job or even being an entrepreneur, right?
Ash Johns:What does it mean when we say we're entrepreneurial?
Ash Johns:So I will put that in the show notes cause it's actually really great.
Ash Johns:I think I taught this, back in either 2018 or 2019 and when I rewatch
Ash Johns:it, it still rains true for me.
Ash Johns:And I've had quite a few people like, fine, I don't.
Ash Johns:Being an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:There's so many times you, especially an online entrepreneur, where
Ash Johns:there's just things you've created and you forget all about it.
Ash Johns:But then someone's poking around your website and they find it.
Ash Johns:This is one of those things that you guys find, right?
Ash Johns:They like find it, they subscribe and I'm like, oh my God,
Ash Johns:that's still being delivered.
Ash Johns:Like it's still being auto delivered.
Ash Johns:And I haven't even checked in on that.
Ash Johns:And I think that that's very funny.
Ash Johns:So those of you who have found this like cool, those of you who have not,
Ash Johns:I'll put it in the show notes, but it's a really cool, and helpful training.
Ash Johns:Let me bring this in the context of like who I am and why entrepreneurial
Ash Johns:energy and being entrepreneurial spirited is so important.
Ash Johns:Personally, I know from my ancestral healing work and looking at my family
Ash Johns:model and how I'm called to show up in this work that I come from a long
Ash Johns:lineage of money makers of business dealers and small entity corporation
Ash Johns:owners who created opportunities for the.
Ash Johns:Who created opportunities for their families and their communities.
Ash Johns:Right now, in my immediate family, in the family that I grew up
Ash Johns:in, no one's an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:And I didn't have a relationship with my biological father until I was 15,
Ash Johns:and he's always been an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:So the reason why I love, ancestral healing work and really giving yourself
Ash Johns:the space to embody, reclaim, own.
Ash Johns:Stand within step inside of who you truly are by doing ancestral healing and
Ash Johns:personal growth work and defining and creating your freedom is because it shows
Ash Johns:you who you belong to and who you are regardless to what's currently around you.
Ash Johns:You know, I knew that I was a wealthy, creative woman when we were in the
Ash Johns:hood, like when I grew up in the hood.
Ash Johns:You know, when I moved to the high end suburbs, I was like, okay, well this makes
Ash Johns:sense, but also I'm very down to earth and these people don't seem to be able
Ash Johns:to communicate what they really mean cuz they're, you know, holding on a facade.
Ash Johns:And I, I just, even to this day, I think that that's really interesting
Ash Johns:cuz I'm, I'm always saying exactly what I mean, but I do it in a way that
Ash Johns:feels so authentic and high class, high touch, high care that people are
Ash Johns:just like, huh, no one really shows up.
Ash Johns:Not to like toot my own horn, but to toot toot, you know.
Ash Johns:Anyway, getting back on topic here.
Ash Johns:I really appreciated seeing in my lineages other women and other men and other people
Ash Johns:who were very successful when it came to the entrepreneurial game and just owning
Ash Johns:what they did because like going a couple generations back to people I didn't
Ash Johns:even know, cuz you know, my great-great grandmother, I knew that she had a
Ash Johns:little side hustle and stuff like that.
Ash Johns:but there were a few people.
Ash Johns:Just beyond her.
Ash Johns:So yeah, I wanna say like five generations.
Ash Johns:Yeah, that would be great.
Ash Johns:Great, great.
Ash Johns:Yeah.
Ash Johns:generations back where it was like, yeah, they ran numbers.
Ash Johns:They had a whole underground system for creating and cultivating wealth and
Ash Johns:money and commerce in times where we had Jim Crow in times that there was still
Ash Johns:enslavement and injustices as African Americans in, in this country, in the.
Ash Johns:It's, and so being able to see, like, I think we define entrepreneurship
Ash Johns:always with like a brick and mortar or being able to put it on your taxes
Ash Johns:or you're paying your own salary or you're this booming online TikTok or
Ash Johns:social media, online entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:But at the end of the day, we all come from people who did
Ash Johns:what we do in their own way.
Ash Johns:So you might feel like it's your first time being entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:Again, whether you have a day job and you're just, that person that people go
Ash Johns:to that they know things can get done, or you literally are an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:So being entrepreneurial spirit or being an entrepreneur, sometimes we
Ash Johns:feel like we are the only one, or we truly are the first and we're just the
Ash Johns:first or the only one in a long time.
Ash Johns:And when you experience that and see that as I did, it
Ash Johns:gave me a boost of confidence.
Ash Johns:It gave me a boost of support.
Ash Johns:It gave me reassurance that even in the days where I am low on my own
Ash Johns:confidence or my tank is a little empty, I can feel them being like,
Ash Johns:we understand and you can still do this, you know, and not to say that.
Ash Johns:Self source and that myself, it feels good to be creating a life and and
Ash Johns:legacy that you want and you feel your lineage and your extended family
Ash Johns:really about what you're doing.
Ash Johns:You know, think about how much.
Ash Johns:people complain and be like, man, my own family doesn't support my small business.
Ash Johns:And I'm like, yeah, it'd be great if they did.
Ash Johns:But they also are not the people called at this time to do what you are doing.
Ash Johns:But there are other people in your lineage that you don't know who've
Ash Johns:passed on who are so excited about you.
Ash Johns:Just because the living people don't understand or get it doesn't
Ash Johns:mean that the other people in your lineage and family don't get it.
Ash Johns:So I guess the message there is like, if you don't feel the support or you
Ash Johns:don't see the blueprint or an example of what's possible in your immediate
Ash Johns:family or your chosen family or your AKA living family, that's one of the
Ash Johns:reasons why we do ancestral connection and healing work so that we can see and
Ash Johns:connect with those who have and who'd hold those characteristics and that
Ash Johns:support and that love for you as you walk this path for the first time in a long.
Ash Johns:So there's just something about being an entrepreneur and having
Ash Johns:an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ash Johns:I definitely had an entrepreneurial spirit before I became an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:Like I remember bosses, teammates, teachers, just being
Ash Johns:like, Ash is a team leader.
Ash Johns:She will own that.
Ash Johns:She will fix it, she will solve it.
Ash Johns:She comes up with all these creative solutions, like there
Ash Johns:is a level of creativity and ownership that every entrepreneurial
Ash Johns:least spirit person carries.
Ash Johns:In fact, I would say that that's the definition.
Ash Johns:If you're not gonna own a business or create something, you are creating
Ash Johns:something and solving problems and taking ownership of that process
Ash Johns:inside of someone else's business.
Ash Johns:And I'll tell you, I've hired people that I have loved working with, have
Ash Johns:been some of my best team members because they had that entrepreneurial spirit.
Ash Johns:You know, like it's actually one of the hiring.
Ash Johns:In my business is like, how entrepreneurial are you?
Ash Johns:If I say, here's the issue, or this is my desire, or this is the
Ash Johns:opportunity I'm thinking, will you take what I'm talking about and try
Ash Johns:to find solutions and present them and create a whole project around it?
Ash Johns:It's more like find the other pieces and make it your own.
Ash Johns:And bring it to me as a solution to the bigger picture that we're solving
Ash Johns:that we're a part of as a team in this business, as opposed to a traditional
Ash Johns:VA or tech person who's like, okay, tell me what I need to do to give me
Ash Johns:the steps and when I'm done with my hours or you know, whatever, you pay
Ash Johns:me and I'm out and I don't really care.
Ash Johns:Like I get the gig economy, I get, there's a time to have jobs like that.
Ash Johns:But in where we're going, the person who can own their time and their
Ash Johns:energy and their conviction and their.
Ash Johns:Creativity.
Ash Johns:I know I keep saying that.
Ash Johns:I feel like we are the people who are gonna be able to move through these,
Ash Johns:these transitions with way more ease and ingenuity, and innovation than
Ash Johns:people who are like, tell me what to do.
Ash Johns:Tell me where to go.
Ash Johns:I was driving with my fiance the other day, and I know I'm starting to rub
Ash Johns:up against some bare cultural and societal, you know, Issues around like
Ash Johns:class and all the things like that.
Ash Johns:So, you know, we can always have a discussion around that.
Ash Johns:I welcome that in the comments and in the reviews.
Ash Johns:but like I was saying, babe, I feel that the new middle class is
Ash Johns:gonna be people who are preneurs and Entrepreneurial and spirit.
Ash Johns:And people who, you know, making a million dollars is minimum wage now.
Ash Johns:And I know that's weird to say that, cause I definitely saw a post today where
Ash Johns:someone was saying, making six figures a hundred thousand is you're in poverty.
Ash Johns:But that's really where we're going honestly, with all this
Ash Johns:digital cryptocurrency and all the things that's happening with the
Ash Johns:governments and you know, it's like our whole economic and value system.
Ash Johns:Class system is shifting.
Ash Johns:And so it's either gonna be, you're a person who can create whether you
Ash Johns:have a lot of money or not, but you're creative and you take ownership and you
Ash Johns:see opportunities and you put things together and purse something new, whether
Ash Johns:it's in a business again or inside of someone else's business, but you have
Ash Johns:that skillset and that approach to life.
Ash Johns:Or you're gonna be the person where someone's gonna dictate things to you
Ash Johns:and you're gonna be seen as less valuable because as soon as I can program a.
Ash Johns:Or someone who I can pay less to do that.
Ash Johns:You're out of there, you know?
Ash Johns:And we've really been living this already.
Ash Johns:Right?
Ash Johns:But it's gonna be.
Ash Johns:More expressed and more volatile is how I'm feeling as this AI movement
Ash Johns:comes in and as our reality as we have been living, it continues to shift.
Ash Johns:And again, this is not to invite in fear, it's just to open up and encourage you to
Ash Johns:look at where you can be more creative.
Ash Johns:Look at where you can be more innovative.
Ash Johns:Look at where you can take more ownership of your experience to fill.
Ash Johns:In your own life, in your community, in the world, in a
Ash Johns:way that feels good for you.
Ash Johns:Like truly it inspires you and gets your juices going.
Ash Johns:Like it's an amazing feeling to be like, Hmm, I see this, I see this.
Ash Johns:And if I just put those, overlap those together, you guys know my favorite sign,
Ash Johns:my favorite symbol in the visus Pisces.
Ash Johns:If I overlap these two things, I now have a.
Ash Johns:Crevice who creates something new that's never been seen before.
Ash Johns:And even if it's been seen before, it's never been seen by me and my energy and
Ash Johns:my purpose and what I came here to be.
Ash Johns:And there's, there's power in that.
Ash Johns:That's the thing that like no one can really say.
Ash Johns:They can't put their finger on it, but they know how it feels and what it's
Ash Johns:like to experience what you've birthed.
Ash Johns:That is an invaluable.
Ash Johns:Right.
Ash Johns:An approach to life, in my opinion.
Ash Johns:So there's just something about being an entrepreneur.
Ash Johns:There's something about being preneur minded and spirited that I just love it.
Ash Johns:It's an itch that can never get scratched as a.
Ash Johns:Just doing employee as a check.
Ash Johns:The boxes I call, I often call it like paint by numbers.
Ash Johns:Tell me what to do.
Ash Johns:I'll check the boxes.
Ash Johns:And I'm like, I don't think of anything else.
Ash Johns:Or I don't do anything else.
Ash Johns:And again, please, I'm not trying to be an asshole, I'm just saying Right.
Ash Johns:I'm just saying.
Ash Johns:Just saying.
Ash Johns:And I probably have been that person where I was like, I don't not invested
Ash Johns:in this at all and I just wanna get paid and be out, but I'm not there.
Ash Johns:Honestly think that if you're attracted to me and you're listening to this
Ash Johns:podcast, you're not that either, right?
Ash Johns:We have our moments, but that's not who we truly are.
Ash Johns:So I believe everyone should be entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:again, it doesn't mean that we all have to own businesses, but there is a
Ash Johns:special place for supporters, helpers, consultants, entrepreneurs, as we call
Ash Johns:it, who again can see so, And bring it to fruition inside of an organization,
Ash Johns:inside of a community, inside of a population of people who need it.
Ash Johns:Shout out to my doulas and birth workers and caretakers and community guides.
Ash Johns:It's the creativity.
Ash Johns:It is the ownership.
Ash Johns:It's the visions, it's the problem solving.
Ash Johns:It's the nurturing it into fruition, right?
Ash Johns:How many times do we see something and everyone's like, that can't be done.
Ash Johns:Or, how are you gonna do that?
Ash Johns:And you're like, I don't know, but you follow.
Ash Johns:Your intuition, your creativity, your interest, your curiosity,
Ash Johns:and next thing you know, you've nurtured something into existence.
Ash Johns:It started off as a little candle making side.
Ash Johns:Hobby, and people loved it.
Ash Johns:And now here you are making candles and incense on the side just for fun, right?
Ash Johns:And being well paid for it and enjoying it and being able to
Ash Johns:be with your kids and stuff.
Ash Johns:All because you stepped into that entrepreneurial energy
Ash Johns:and enjoy creating and.
Ash Johns:Creating and being.
Ash Johns:It's about the commitment, the dedication, really, I wanna use the word devotion.
Ash Johns:Devotion to creativity, devotion to exploration, devotion to trial and error.
Ash Johns:Experimentation, play.
Ash Johns:I'm using the energies, the words from both sides of the spectrum, right?
Ash Johns:Even though the spectrum is a spectrum, I'm just using the polar, words and
Ash Johns:examples for the sake of simplicity here and also the passion and desire.
Ash Johns:To me, entrepreneurial energy is the ultimate healing playground.
Ash Johns:It's where you are facing your deepest fears, your capacity.
Ash Johns:Your growth edges, your, as one of my mentors and teachers says,
Ash Johns:feedback loops where you're doing the same thing but you are.
Ash Johns:Hoping for something else because you're trying to protect yourself, but you
Ash Johns:wanna bust the through and you're like, wait, something feels really weird.
Ash Johns:Like you're going to see those glitches in your matrix, right?
Ash Johns:And then entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:You're gonna see what you're capable of.
Ash Johns:Truly, like I don't think that there's any other vehicle for personal and
Ash Johns:spiritual and character development as the entrepreneurial path and
Ash Johns:walking with entrepreneurial energy.
Ash Johns:That validation comes from self and through the process,
Ash Johns:and then it is externalized.
Ash Johns:And that's something that I've been coming back to full circle on my
Ash Johns:own journey where I got so into the serving that I've kind of disconnected
Ash Johns:from the source of what would fuel me and the work that I was doing.
Ash Johns:And that's why this current break that I'm in, believe it or not, even though I'm
Ash Johns:podcasting, I'm in quite a bit of a break.
Ash Johns:I'm, I'm in my void.
Ash Johns:I'm in my, I don't wanna be seen, and I don't wanna say too much.
Ash Johns:Other than this podcast, because we're birthing something new.
Ash Johns:So we'll just leave that at that for now.
Ash Johns:So even when I worked in advertising, I was entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:I remember, shout out to you, Seth, cuz I know you still creep around sometimes.
Ash Johns:Hey, hey.
Ash Johns:the guy who hired me in my first ad job was like, I just
Ash Johns:need you to do your actual job.
Ash Johns:Like can you just do your actual job?
Ash Johns:You don't need to be running around and doing this.
Ash Johns:And then going in this department and helping the creative people do that.
Ash Johns:And like you're volunteering here, like you're never at your desk.
Ash Johns:And I was just like, not only am I creative and multi-passionate
Ash Johns:and multi-talented, but I'm also solving a lot of different problems.
Ash Johns:Like I'm helping with the PR team and they needed someone to interview this.
Ash Johns:And I'm like, sure, I'll do it.
Ash Johns:Solve the problem here.
Ash Johns:Can we do this?
Ash Johns:Let's collaborate here.
Ash Johns:You know, like I've just always been that way and I think.
Ash Johns:In the wrong environment that could be shunned and shut down and shamed
Ash Johns:because someone can't control you.
Ash Johns:There is a freedom in having an entrepreneurial spirit, especially
Ash Johns:when you deliver amazing experiences.
Ash Johns:You make people feel a certain way in the process, and you deliver
Ash Johns:on a work, a service, a product.
Ash Johns:You know, that benefits the whole yourself and.
Ash Johns:You can't deny that talent and that magnetic Mm.
Ash Johns:Like creational.
Ash Johns:Mm.
Ash Johns:You know when someone is operating in that way, you just can't.
Ash Johns:Now, if you're just unfocused and you go from one thing to the other and you
Ash Johns:never complete something and you're just upside down, inside out, then
Ash Johns:yeah, someone probably is gonna reel you in and be like, listen, I know
Ash Johns:you're so, you know, drawn to so many different things, but I need you to.
Ash Johns:Commit to something and produce something and birth something.
Ash Johns:But if you are a floater and a creator as I am, and you can move through
Ash Johns:those things and actually get it outside of you in a way that impacts
Ash Johns:your life and feels good for you, and is life affirming and also benefits
Ash Johns:others, then like It's a hell yes.
Ash Johns:And that's something that I saw in my career.
Ash Johns:People were just like, Yeah, she's never at her desk and she hates
Ash Johns:doing these things, but she's really good at all these other things.
Ash Johns:So how can we put her in the best position for the gifts that she has, her
Ash Johns:entrepreneurial spirit, her creativity, her resourcefulness, so on and so forth.
Ash Johns:And that's really how I move so quickly through my advertising and
Ash Johns:branding and market research career.
Ash Johns:Because people saw and felt what I brought to the table and
Ash Johns:wanted to put me in positions to leverage that for me and for them.
Ash Johns:And that spirit of collaboration and truly wanting to work with who
Ash Johns:people are starts to be birthed.
Ash Johns:If you are hiding that or not stepping into it or pushing it
Ash Johns:away, it's like you're not giving anyone anything to work with if you
Ash Johns:are in a day job or, working in a.
Ash Johns:Even with my college sweetheart, we had multiple businesses together.
Ash Johns:All of them failed.
Ash Johns:This is when streaming was just really getting on.
Ash Johns:We had something called like Elm City, cuz we were living in New Haven, Connecticut.
Ash Johns:And so we were going to different, you know, things in
Ash Johns:the city and documenting them.
Ash Johns:And we had so many different projects I can't even imagine.
Ash Johns:And then we even like birthed a video production company together.
Ash Johns:Yeah, there's, it's always just been something popping up, like projects
Ash Johns:to do and to, breathe life into.
Ash Johns:So if you see an opportunity, it is yours to seize again, whether you're an actual
Ash Johns:entrepreneur or you are entrepreneurial inside of a business of a job, it's yours.
Ash Johns:You don't have to ask permission, you just have to communicate.
Ash Johns:Lean into it and see what you can.
Ash Johns:And how you can create and how you can flow.
Ash Johns:If you have a desire, it's yours to create that desire.
Ash Johns:I feel that some of us experience something bubbling up and we
Ash Johns:feel it in our chest and we're like, oh, that's a great idea.
Ash Johns:And we get all excited about it and then we just like leave it for
Ash Johns:someone else to do, or we're looking for someone to give us permission
Ash Johns:or we don't see how we can do it.
Ash Johns:So we just let the energy around that conception just die off.
Ash Johns:And.
Ash Johns:Like, stop doing that.
Ash Johns:seize the opportunity.
Ash Johns:As I just said, if you, see a unique problem or you see a problem in a unique
Ash Johns:way, then it is definitely yours to solve.
Ash Johns:Like that's my favorite, I guess, indicator to step more into this
Ash Johns:entrepreneurial energy is like, yeah, everyone can see that problem, but.
Ash Johns:Perspective around it is different than everyone around you.
Ash Johns:That's when you know you have gold.
Ash Johns:And usually when our perspective is different than those around us, we
Ash Johns:get insecure and we think that we're different and weird, but really it's
Ash Johns:usually a nugget of gold in this, like a really great piece of like juicy.
Ash Johns:Yes.
Ash Johns:And a story comes to mind.
Ash Johns:A couple years back I was really, really into.
Ash Johns:Collaborations and like the Healing Coach mentor guide scene.
Ash Johns:And there was a lot of us who had platforms who were coming together
Ash Johns:doing like sister mentorship exchanges where it wasn't even a program.
Ash Johns:We were just coming together to talk and like support each other.
Ash Johns:And I remember one woman, um, a woman of color, Was sharing with everyone
Ash Johns:that she was in this weird funk and like, you know, everyone was like, Hey,
Ash Johns:we're willing to come together and have a special call or session just for you
Ash Johns:to help, you know, work through or see what we can see about your situation.
Ash Johns:And she kept saying, cuz she's actually a very gifted, business
Ash Johns:strategist, and kind of sits at like the intersection of capitalism.
Ash Johns:Free labor and like, how can we look at how we work differently and become more
Ash Johns:radically just in balance and equitable, you know, that kind of world and work.
Ash Johns:And so, um, she kept saying how a lot of times she's working with her own clients
Ash Johns:and they're trying to solve something with strategy that's actually something
Ash Johns:else, like something completely different.
Ash Johns:And as she was talking about her experiences with our clients,
Ash Johns:what I know is oftentimes our experiences with clients, Okay.
Ash Johns:Are also what we have been experiencing what we experience in our own life.
Ash Johns:And as I was listening, I was like, Hmm, okay.
Ash Johns:And by the way, y'all, if you don't know, I'm a projector.
Ash Johns:So I'm really good at, at observing, taking in a lot
Ash Johns:of information, leaning back.
Ash Johns:And like the truth will become laser sharp, like the deep thing,
Ash Johns:the clarity point, the like, mm.
Ash Johns:This is the breakthrough moment.
Ash Johns:It's crystal clear and really easy for me to identify and to
Ash Johns:deliver that information to you.
Ash Johns:And it'll be about your own life.
Ash Johns:It'll be about your ancestors.
Ash Johns:It'll be about the way forward.
Ash Johns:It'll be about what your.
Ash Johns:Soul and heart is really trying to articulate, which is why I was so
Ash Johns:good at branding and copywriting.
Ash Johns:Cause I could just extract what you were really saying and like
Ash Johns:put it on paper and people like, oh my God, finally it's out of me.
Ash Johns:Like, thank you Ash.
Ash Johns:You know, so she's talking, talking, talking.
Ash Johns:And like everyone was popcorning up, like being like, Hey, I think it's
Ash Johns:this and this is how you can do it, and actually if you wanna make more money,
Ash Johns:we can just set up your thing like this.
Ash Johns:And it was all about strategy.
Ash Johns:And I was like, oh my God, they're doing exactly what her clients would.
Ash Johns:They keep looking and they're offering her a strategic solution.
Ash Johns:But the truth is there is a deep internal wound and inner turmoil
Ash Johns:that is happening with her that has nothing to do with the strategy.
Ash Johns:The strategy is easy, and let me give you guys a little side note here.
Ash Johns:What I know about my own clients and my own work and my own
Ash Johns:existence is that there's a time for strategy and there's a time for.
Ash Johns:Right.
Ash Johns:There's a time we need to go deep within, and the answer is
Ash Johns:within, and the strategy is easy.
Ash Johns:There's a time that you are super deep within and you need
Ash Johns:to get with a strategy, right?
Ash Johns:There's a time where you are too much with strategy, right?
Ash Johns:And like you're working with strategy and working strategy, but you are ignoring
Ash Johns:your wounds, you're ignoring your heart, you're ignoring your deep patterning.
Ash Johns:Like you need to get into that in the strategy.
Ash Johns:Actually, you can actually follow through.
Ash Johns:You can look at this as a masculine, feminine thing.
Ash Johns:You're completely in flow and bliss in what you desire,
Ash Johns:but you can't do the work.
Ash Johns:You can look at it as, I'm always working, I'm always efforting, but I'm burnt out.
Ash Johns:I don't have any passion.
Ash Johns:I'm angry, I'm bitter, whatever, right?
Ash Johns:There's many different ways that these two polarities can play out, but this
Ash Johns:is what was happening with her and I, you know, finally someone was like,
Ash Johns:well, Ash, you haven't said anything.
Ash Johns:What do you see?
Ash Johns:And I was like, again, projector.
Ash Johns:Give me an invitation.
Ash Johns:Again, I go laser point straight to the root issue.
Ash Johns:And sometimes people don't wanna hear that and they're not ready for it.
Ash Johns:And I was like, well, thank you for the invitation.
Ash Johns:You know, here's what I see.
Ash Johns:And I told them what I saw.
Ash Johns:I was like, this is not about strategy.
Ash Johns:This isn't about money.
Ash Johns:She has a great network.
Ash Johns:She can make $10,000 a day or a week if she wanted to.
Ash Johns:This is about resisting easy work.
Ash Johns:This is.
Ash Johns:Wanting to be a martyr and a warrior for the cause, instead of being an
Ash Johns:example of stepping through the tough times, or the patterning to actually
Ash Johns:live and break that barrier, like live the desire that you actually want.
Ash Johns:This is about surrendering, not fighting anymore.
Ash Johns:Went right to the core, you know, and in that moment her system was a bit
Ash Johns:shocked, but she was able to receive it.
Ash Johns:And later on, you know, said some things about it.
Ash Johns:But regardless to that story, I bring it up.
Ash Johns:Just to say when you can see something different than others is something
Ash Johns:to embrace, not to shy away from.
Ash Johns:That is a hundred percent entrepreneurial energy.
Ash Johns:It will make you a lot of great money as it has for me.
Ash Johns:It will bring blessings into your life and into the lives of the people
Ash Johns:that you can then serve by being yourself from your senses, what you
Ash Johns:see, how you observe, how you walk, your perspective, so on and so forth.
Ash Johns:This is again, why we all need to be entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:Whatever gift you have is your super.
Ash Johns:To be entrepreneurial means you're going to leverage your superpowers and you
Ash Johns:will cultivate team and connection and community with people who have other
Ash Johns:superpowers that support the cause, right?
Ash Johns:And that cause is a reciprocal, juicy, honey pot of goodness and forward
Ash Johns:movement for everyone involved.
Ash Johns:Boom.
Ash Johns:That's what I believe.
Ash Johns:And right when I said, boom, Ziggy just walked out the door.
Ash Johns:Another side note, Ziggy just got two new beds and homey is living lavage right now.
Ash Johns:He is just like, I have beds everywhere and they're so comfortable.
Ash Johns:He doesn't know where to sleep cuz he's so comfortable.
Ash Johns:Okay, so I'm gonna get ready to wrap this up.
Ash Johns:We have a little bit more to say if you're feeling stuck in your life because
Ash Johns:you are disconnected from your power to create and attract new opportunities.
Ash Johns:I'm glad that you are listening to this podcast episode.
Ash Johns:I want you to think about a couple things here.
Ash Johns:Firstly, and this is again, it doesn't matter if you're an
Ash Johns:entrepreneur or you have a job or work in someone else's business.
Ash Johns:I want us all to walk away with this tip that's gonna help activate your creative
Ash Johns:ownership, exploratory, entrepreneurial.
Ash Johns:Spirit and that is how you did something before isn't how you have will or
Ash Johns:need to do it now or in the future.
Ash Johns:Let me say that again.
Ash Johns:How you did something before in the past does not need to
Ash Johns:be how you have to do it now.
Ash Johns:It doesn't have to be how you will do it in the future.
Ash Johns:It doesn't need to be how you need to do it again.
Ash Johns:Okay?
Ash Johns:And I know that we know this, but our.
Ash Johns:And our coping mechanisms and our survival wounds and our ancestral
Ash Johns:agreements will have us being like, oh, this is how I made money before.
Ash Johns:I'm gonna do it again.
Ash Johns:Oh, this is how I made friends before.
Ash Johns:I'll do it again.
Ash Johns:Oh, this is how I did an interview before.
Ash Johns:This is how I'm gonna do it again.
Ash Johns:Where when you step into that entrepreneurial, creative energy you
Ash Johns:are looking for what worked before.
Ash Johns:What is relevant right now?
Ash Johns:What is needed for where I want to go.
Ash Johns:It is.
Ash Johns:Creative cauldron of some of your past experiences that are relevant
Ash Johns:and potent and juicy for you.
Ash Johns:Cuz what you did before, even though it gave you the results, is not necessarily
Ash Johns:what's going to take you forward.
Ash Johns:I say that line over and over and over again.
Ash Johns:Okay.
Ash Johns:And I'm saying it for a reason.
Ash Johns:Cause it's so important in this point in time that we are in as women, as fems, as
Ash Johns:creative humans moving forward in this.
Ash Johns:Being the generational pattern breakers that we are, it's so
Ash Johns:important to be like, I'm so grateful that I did it this way in the past.
Ash Johns:However, that may not be the most creative, effective, heart centering,
Ash Johns:affirming, freedom building and creating approach moving forward.
Ash Johns:So we know this, but it catches up to us all the fucking time.
Ash Johns:So anytime you're about to do something, Desiring something, a change in your life,
Ash Johns:in business, in money, in relationship, in location, whatever, right?
Ash Johns:In your working style and your hiring style and your style, your actual physical
Ash Johns:fashion style, how you decorate your home.
Ash Johns:You can be like, what am I desiring to cultivate and bring in and create a
Ash Johns:new for right now in this present time?
Ash Johns:What do I wanna borrow from the past that is relevant and helpful today that won't.
Ash Johns:Where we're going in the future.
Ash Johns:Okay.
Ash Johns:Number one.
Ash Johns:Number two, travel.
Ash Johns:It always gives me clarity and inspiration and rekindles my drive
Ash Johns:and my free bird, and my creative juices and my like potentiality, like,
Ash Johns:ugh, travel does it for me, y'all.
Ash Johns:And even when I was, you know, in my career in the past, every time
Ash Johns:I took a trip, it would be like a marker of a life change for.
Ash Johns:Even before I left my job, when I would get ready to move another position,
Ash Johns:I was like, I gotta go a new place.
Ash Johns:I need to go and feel new energy, be inspired, let it activate something
Ash Johns:in my mind and my body and my psyche, and I'm gonna bring it to my current
Ash Johns:life and see how it plays out.
Ash Johns:And I'll tell you now, like even last year at the beginning of my, pasta
Ash Johns:Freedom book writing tour, when I came back to South Florida after my first.
Ash Johns:Location.
Ash Johns:So I went to Bermuda and when I came back I went to like my normal Trader Joe
Ash Johns:grocery store and like my normal errands.
Ash Johns:And people were like, whoa, your energy is on point.
Ash Johns:What have you been doing?
Ash Johns:Like you're glowing, your eyes are bright, your skin looks incredible, your energy
Ash Johns:is like, and I, I was just hopping out the woodwork and I was like, oh my God,
Ash Johns:I needed that change of location so much.
Ash Johns:Breathing life into me.
Ash Johns:It's making the words of this book and the clarity around this book come
Ash Johns:through and I can see what's no longer aligned for me and how I was writing
Ash Johns:this book and what is aligned for me.
Ash Johns:That's my growth edge with this book.
Ash Johns:Like travel, a new environment will help activate that
Ash Johns:creative, entrepreneurial spirit.
Ash Johns:So do that.
Ash Johns:Go around different people, go to different places, try new things.
Ash Johns:do a staycation if you can.
Ash Johns:Right.
Ash Johns:Go to a different restaurant, a different side of town, a different,
Ash Johns:Bed and breakfast or a hotel, and just feel a different energy and
Ash Johns:see what it does with how you show up to your life and your work.
Ash Johns:Right?
Ash Johns:So this is a good time to say this is exactly the reason why I
Ash Johns:am hosting a retreat in beautiful Mexico and Baja California
Ash Johns:Labor Day, US Labor Day Weekend.
Ash Johns:and I'm so excited about it.
Ash Johns:The Elevating Woman Retreat is a four day.
Ash Johns:Three night retreat in Baja, California will be in the Cabo St.
Ash Johns:Lucas area, and it is a hundred percent for any and all women who
Ash Johns:feel called to level up in their life.
Ash Johns:And you really wanna have a marker.
Ash Johns:You wanna go to a new space, be around other women who are looking
Ash Johns:at their whole lives and leveling up who they are as a whole.
Ash Johns:Creational.
Ash Johns:We're coming together to do some practices, some initiations,
Ash Johns:and some space holding for you.
Ash Johns:So this, I haven't ran a retreat in a little bit, for those of you
Ash Johns:who do not know, I used to run an incredible women's only retreat for
Ash Johns:up to 20 women, eight a week in Bali, Indonesia, and also in Thailand.
Ash Johns:And so it's really beautiful to be back on the retreat hosting circuit with
Ash Johns:this one, the Elevating Woman Retreat.
Ash Johns:So if you're interested in that and.
Ash Johns:Explore all that's included.
Ash Johns:The beautiful rooms that I think we have about six more spots left cuz
Ash Johns:they have been getting scooped up.
Ash Johns:Definitely check out the link in the show notes.
Ash Johns:We would love to have you on this retreat.
Ash Johns:Okay, so a couple more things and we're gonna go ahead and
Ash Johns:wrap up this beautiful episode.
Ash Johns:I've received quite a few messages of people who are also an initiative
Ash Johns:journey in their business, changing how they are doing things, if
Ash Johns:they're going to continue, if they're pivoting all together.
Ash Johns:And I just wanna tell you from my heart to yours, I feel you.
Ash Johns:Again, I will say that I am in an evolutionary process in my life and in my
Ash Johns:business and in my relationship to myself.
Ash Johns:I am a.
Ash Johns:Woman literally every single day.
Ash Johns:And so as we change, as humans, so does our occupations, so does our
Ash Johns:identity, so does how we show up and share our gifts in the world.
Ash Johns:And so, if that is you and you're listening to this episode, I just
Ash Johns:wanna share a few things that came to my heart about, and I'm, I'm actually
Ash Johns:getting a little teary-eyed, about my own journey reflecting over these last,
Ash Johns:um, five years of my business as it has.
Ash Johns:First thing is if you do feel like you're in this initiatory transformative
Ash Johns:journey with your relationship to entrepreneurship and business, I want
Ash Johns:you to know that there's no shame.
Ash Johns:There is no shame to choose.
Ash Johns:Regardless to your circumstances, regardless of how your business works
Ash Johns:and looks, or how abundant it is, or how it's, you know, struggling or whatever
Ash Johns:is going on, there's no shame here.
Ash Johns:You know, that's what you, I, we are supposed to do.
Ash Johns:Those of us who are actually allowing.
Ash Johns:Who we are and, wow, our gifts to be shared in the world, right?
Ash Johns:To offer the services based off of our life force energy, our souls agreement.
Ash Johns:As we evolve on this planet, the business is supposed to evolve.
Ash Johns:And I've even had some people reach out to me to tell me that they've closed
Ash Johns:their business and they're questioning if they'll ever be in business again.
Ash Johns:And they're wondering how they're gonna live their lives.
Ash Johns:And just, my heart goes out to you.
Ash Johns:My heart goes out to me.
Ash Johns:Because it's a scary thing to have formed your identity and your appreciation
Ash Johns:for your entrepreneurial energy and your gifts, and then for that to be
Ash Johns:changing right before you and you don't quite know what it's gonna be.
Ash Johns:And because we've gotten used to what we have done, we've forgotten what
Ash Johns:it feels like to be in that birthing, chrysalis, void, unknown space.
Ash Johns:And so it creates a wobble.
Ash Johns:And I just wanna honor you if you are also experiencing a wobble.
Ash Johns:I've had moments in this journey where I'm like, who am I?
Ash Johns:And I'm like, girl, I.
Ash Johns:Who I am.
Ash Johns:Who we are, right?
Ash Johns:And then I'm like, yeah.
Ash Johns:And then she's like, no.
Ash Johns:And I'm like, I don't know who we're becoming.
Ash Johns:And she's like, yes, you do.
Ash Johns:And I'm like, oh yeah, that's right.
Ash Johns:Okay.
Ash Johns:Just to give you a little laugh and a tease in my own moment.
Ash Johns:But yeah, I've gotten a couple emails about that and I've been
Ash Johns:seeing it across social media.
Ash Johns:And so if you're holding shame or guilt or you're questioning yourself
Ash Johns:or you know, it just doesn't feel good.
Ash Johns:Maybe you're like, I know exactly what's happening.
Ash Johns:Sucks, Ash, I'm gonna just validate you and be like, yeah, I get it.
Ash Johns:But you've got this.
Ash Johns:It is totally in your divine and aligned path, and I believe in whatever it is
Ash Johns:that you are being called to evolve from.
Ash Johns:And that may mean burning down everything.
Ash Johns:It might be collapsing and, integrating and evolving, you know, taking the
Ash Johns:pieces of the rubble that makes sense and putting into something new.
Ash Johns:And it might be completely stepping into something that
Ash Johns:we've never even seen before.
Ash Johns:You're supposed to evolve, and I'm celebrating you for doing so
Ash Johns:and being brave in your walk to embody your entrepreneurial gifts.
Ash Johns:The second thing is I wanna give a major shout out to all of us, including
Ash Johns:myself, who were ready, and in the right place to serve these last three to five
Ash Johns:years in the way that we have been in our businesses pre pandemic through
Ash Johns:the pandemic post, the most inflamed.
Ash Johns:Psychically stretched fear mongering time on this planet
Ash Johns:that we have had in a long time.
Ash Johns:Like globally, when have we had something to affect every person globally?
Ash Johns:Think about that.
Ash Johns:And here we were being healers, guides, coaches, teachers, authors,
Ash Johns:way shores, content creators, information sharers, space holders,
Ash Johns:grievers, birth workers, death, honor.
Ash Johns:Right.
Ash Johns:Solution sharers, inspirational muses.
Ash Johns:Structural guideposts, like mind blown.
Ash Johns:Think about that, that we were in the right frame of mind in the right
Ash Johns:time, connected to our gifts, owning our power and showing up, and also
Ash Johns:writing the collective wave of that need and that desire, and that as for.
Ash Johns:What an amazing time to have been in the right fucking place as the
Ash Johns:right person that you are to have said yes to that opportunity.
Ash Johns:I don't care if you only had one client or if you had 10,000.
Ash Johns:Right?
Ash Johns:How awesome.
Ash Johns:So I shout out to all of us, even though those of us who were podcast communicators
Ash Johns:and hosts sharing information and stories and think about that, the
Ash Johns:DJs who were entertaining us and.
Ash Johns:Incredible.
Ash Johns:So be proud of what you have offered the world in these last five years.
Ash Johns:I know that I sure as fuck am when I think about it.
Ash Johns:Okay, and the last thing is entrepreneurials.
Ash Johns:Entrepreneurials, that's, I'm just using that word for both of us preneurs
Ash Johns:and entrepreneurial spirited people.
Ash Johns:I don't know why I'm saying it so hard, we aren't just one thing, none
Ash Johns:of us are really, whether you're entrepreneurial or not, but, um,
Ash Johns:that's what makes multi-talented and passionate people, great
Ash Johns:entrepreneurs, is not being one thing.
Ash Johns:Being able to pull from different aspects of self and different aspects of your
Ash Johns:experiences and, What you want to see in the world and rolling it up into that
Ash Johns:beautiful ball of amazing colorfulness.
Ash Johns:So you don't have to be one thing.
Ash Johns:I'm not one thing.
Ash Johns:And I'm very excited for when the day comes to share with you all
Ash Johns:what is emergent for me and my next evolution and it's full package.
Ash Johns:More to come on that.
Ash Johns:I'll just wrap this up by saying I'm really glad that I did this episode.
Ash Johns:It feels really good.
Ash Johns:I'm gonna make sure that you guys have the link to the principles of
Ash Johns:Spiritual entrepreneurship, um, so you can sign up and grab those videos.
Ash Johns:I think it's one video, it might be two.
Ash Johns:I don't remember.
Ash Johns:Again, it's been, it's been there, but I know it's juicy and good.
Ash Johns:And if you're interested in the Elevating Woman Retreat,
Ash Johns:please be in touch, check out.
Ash Johns:All that we will be hosting and holding and experiencing.
Ash Johns:It's gonna be a great one, and it's my official mark back to holding physical
Ash Johns:space for the women who are called to be the change in their lives, in
Ash Johns:their worlds, and in their lineages.
Ash Johns:All right, y'all, thanks for being here.
Ash Johns:I'm sending you lots of love.
Ash Johns:Thank you for leaving a review.
Ash Johns:Thank you for sharing ratings, Have a great day.
