Balance is a feeling. It is not found in a perfect set of circumstances, it is found inside your body. This is an important distinction to make because the process to creating balance isn’t found in changing your job or working less hours, it’s found in you. You are in control of creating a balanced life and it is only possible when you are feeling confident in yourself and your work.
