We are toning and lifting our faces whilst we drive! This episode has been recorded for you so that you can do some Face Yoga safely without using your hands whilst driving your car. This is a 15-minute routine that combines facial exercises, breathing techniques, posture work, and affirmations.
Please remember that your concentration should always be on the road and that is your priority. These techniques have been designed to be done safely but if you need to pause or stop an exercise, please do that as driving safely is paramount.
