There’s something deeply healing about the beach—the steady rhythm of the waves, the fresh air, the way a weary spirit feels lighter just by being there. In the Bahamas, there’s a saying: “If you feel run down, go to the beach,” and again and again, it brings renewal. Science tells us the ocean air is rich with oxygen and negative ions that can help the body and lift the mood, but there’s something more at work. It’s a gentle reminder that God designed this world to restore. So wherever you are, take a slow, deep breath and remember—He is near, renewing even now.

My goal is that their hearts, having been knit together in love, may be encouraged, and that they may have all the riches that assurance brings in their understanding of the knowledge of the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. - Colossians 2:2-3
