Hello and welcome to my day two of my challenge to go live for 10 days.
Speaker A:I was thinking yesterday after day one, what is it that I can really share that's going to make a difference over the next 10 days?
Speaker A:And I found myself feeling a little bit down yesterday.
Speaker A:And I'm not sure whether it's the whole collective energy because it's a bit chaotic in the world at the moment, but I just thought that, you know, sometimes I.
Speaker A:I am pretty much living in a remote village, I live on my own with my two dogs, and sometimes I just need to hear it's going to be okay.
Speaker A:Now I've been telling myself that, and that really should be enough.
Speaker A:But sometimes it's nice to have that validation.
Speaker A:So I want you to hear this today.
Speaker A:I want you to hear that it's going to be okay.
Speaker A:I sense that there are a lot of people out there feeling alone and perhaps isolated by this stand that they're taking, whether it's political, whether it's just standing in their values and in their truth.
Speaker A:And to do that takes immense courage.
Speaker A:And sometimes I think we need reminding that we are courageous standing in our truth.
Speaker A:We are amazing human beings that are making a difference for humanity right now and that things are going to be okay, especially if we're holding that focus on light and love and the new world that the new future that we want to create distinct from the past.
Speaker A:If you've been and it feels like the struggles getting tougher rather than easier, then yeah, maybe universe is toughening you up for what's about to come.
Speaker A:Sometimes we need to expand and grow to be able to cope with the success that we're looking for so life can throw challenges our way.
Speaker A:Just to make sure that we are committed to our path.
Speaker A:We are committed to our values, our beliefs, to showing up as who we are, to.
Speaker A:To being present to this life and to being committed to this challenge that the whole of humanity faces right now.
Speaker A:So the universe needs you strong.
Speaker A:It needs us to grow through this time, to be there for other people.
Speaker A:But in order to do that, we need to be strong within ourselves.
Speaker A:And I know for myself, you know, we.
Speaker A:I've lost people, I've lost connections, I've lost members of my family because of, of who I am and standing up for what I believe and for being me, if you like.
Speaker A:And I think there are a huge number of people around the world facing that right now.
Speaker A:And I think we're on the brink.
Speaker A:Obviously, today is the US election, and I think we're on the Brink of something that is going to change the energy of the planet.
Speaker A:And if you've been preparing yourself to.
Speaker A:To show up, to create a business, to do something new in your life, know, keep pushing through, I think we've got this.
Speaker A:I think things are about to shift in our favor.
Speaker A:And I.
Speaker A:I do truly believe.
Speaker A:If you'd asked me this yesterday, I might not have been so confident.
Speaker A:But if you.
Speaker A:Yeah, I do truly believe it is about learning and understanding that life is for us.
Speaker A:So if there's something tough and you're kind of feeling deflated, what's the lesson that you haven't seen yet?
Speaker A:And sometimes it can be right in your face.
Speaker A:I.
Speaker A:I really got that this morning when I was journaling, particularly around this, because I felt really deflated yesterday.
Speaker A:I.
Speaker A:You know, I was sitting there thinking, well, why should I keep going live?
Speaker A:Why should I keep creating the content?
Speaker A:What's.
Speaker A:What's missing, showing up and helping others see where they can make a difference.
Speaker A:You know, if I encourage someone who makes a much bigger difference than me, then that's perfect.
Speaker A:It's about just showing up and doing what you can and knowing that you've got it and embracing when you're on purpose, when you're on passion, when you're doing exactly what you're meant to do, even though it doesn't feel like you can see the results immediately.
Speaker A:So I encourage you to embrace the journey, even when it feels hard.
Speaker A:And I know that sometimes you can wake up in the morning and it feels really difficult.
Speaker A:You know, every experience, good or bad, is shaping who you are and preparing you for what's next, whether that be what's next in the world or what next in your world, in your journey forward, on your path, life is working for you, even though it doesn't always feel that way.
Speaker A:And it's good to check in and ask, you know what, and journal.
Speaker A:I'm putting out.
Speaker A:I keep saying I'm putting out a journaling challenge that hasn't felt right until now.
Speaker A:I.
Speaker A:I really get that we're.
Speaker A:We're gonna be going through some, maybe darker days, but our challenge is to find the joy, the light, the laughter, and the love in the darkness.
Speaker A:And that's what my journaling is going to be about.
Speaker A:Acknowledging what's happening, not ignoring reality, but embracing it in a way that shifts it to something much more positive.
Speaker A:And doing that, we can support others from a really strong place.
Speaker A:So if this resonates with you today, I want to remind you to keep going.
Speaker A:Your perseverance Perseverance will not only lead you to your dreams, but it'll help you get through the tough times.
Speaker A:And more importantly, it'll help those you serve get through the tough times as well.
Speaker A:Your capable of more than you know.
Speaker A:And I believe that to be true of all of us, that we're all stronger than we think.
Speaker A:I know that I cared for my parents for four years and there were times when I was literally on my knees and thought I couldn't do another minute.
Speaker A:But yet I did and sometimes take and your dream will be recognized in some shape or form.
Speaker A:So anyway, thank you for joining me today on this Tuesday tip.
Speaker A:It was going to be tech, but this felt like such an important message I changed it today.
Speaker A:So please do like share and subscribe and help me keep going to hopefully help one or two people in the world.
