Marc:
Hey, it's Marc of just ask marc.com.
Marc:
So I wanted to get some quick feedback.
Marc:
I want to make sure that what I'm doing here is actually going to be useful.
Marc:
Got a ton of podcasts.
Marc:
And I want to get them back online.
Marc:
Over the years feeds have changed.
Marc:
Podcasting platforms have changed.
Marc:
It used to be really hard back in.
Marc:
2007 when I started now, it's just too damn easy.
Marc:
So I want to get a lot of the old stuff that I have out archived
Marc:
episodes that still make sense.
Marc:
And I want to do some new stuff as it becomes more relevant, but I'll
Marc:
be honest in the fitness industry.
Marc:
Uh, it's not a lot of new ways to do a bench press.
Marc:
It doesn't matter.
Marc:
It's still good information.
Marc:
Uh, it sucks that it's just sitting on a hard drive and not going anywhere,
Marc:
especially if it's potentially could help someone who hasn't heard it before.
Marc:
And I know that there's potentially a lot of listeners who've.
Marc:
Listen over the years that may have somehow pick this feet
Marc:
up, back in apple podcasts.
Marc:
I have no freaking idea.
Marc:
But it is an interesting concept and it's a pretty wild and pretty
Marc:
cool to be able to do this.
Marc:
Especially now that media creation is so easy.
Marc:
It's just gone.
Marc:
Haywire.
Marc:
I mean, anyway.
Marc:
So, what I'm doing is I'm just looking for some quick feedback here.
Marc:
Is this podcast going to be useful to you?
Marc:
Do you, would you prefer a real voice?
Marc:
Do you prefer AI train voices?
:
Is this voice something that you could listen too, for a short podcast?
:
Or are we getting carried away now?
Nancy:
What about having some Ai guests like, Nancy?
Nancy:
Okay this is way too cool now.
Elevenlabs:
Of course I could use 11 labs, which is nice, but it's
Elevenlabs:
expensive and maybe only Arnold can afford to do that long-term.
Elevenlabs:
And frankly, this voice sounds deeper and potentially how I
Elevenlabs:
should sound, but don't, geez.
Nancy:
Do you want a combination?
Nancy:
Is it just fun and cool.
Nancy:
I'm interested in that also.
Nancy:
The length, you know, five minutes, 20 minutes, I guess it matters.
Nancy:
Like if you have something to say.
Nancy:
Then you take as much time as you need to say it.
Nancy:
But when I first started this podcast, it was basically calling into a phone line
Nancy:
that did a recording and published it out.
Nancy:
And only let you do five minutes.
Nancy:
And that took off really well because it forces you to get to the point.
Nancy:
Whereas some of these podcasts I listened to, or like an hour, and I'm just,
Nancy:
don't need an hour of you talking about.
Nancy:
How to eat less calories.
Nancy:
So that's it just quick feedback.
Nancy:
Want to know if anybody out there has anything that they want to say
Nancy:
or directions that they want to go.
Nancy:
You can always send a message to mark M a R C.
Nancy:
At just ask mark.com.
Nancy:
I do actually read them, so have spam in there, but I do read the legit ones and
Nancy:
you can always put podcast in the subject.
Nancy:
If you want to get my attention, otherwise I'm going to just.
Nancy:
Uh, you know, keep calm and carry on.
