Hey you

I’m on a snow walk with bonnie and felt inspired to record outdoors today ❤️ excuse my heavy breathing haha Meditation for when you feel shitty about yourself Did that shitty feeling come from the Inside, from external circumstances , other people or just a longtime struggle ? Know you can be forgiven Know you can ask for forgiveness Know that a shitstorm can and will pass Know that it’s okay to feel shitty at times . Suffering is part of life The important thing is to stay connected to yourself . To keep doing good for yourself and never give up.Make your bed, take a bath, eat something nourishing and clean, meditate See the big picture ? Let go of anger and resentment Don’t unconsciously take on other peoples poisonous opinions or moods Sit in effortlessness and trust you will be fine If this all sounds like „too easy“ but not realistic or just a „just think positive“ scam Stay tuned for following episodes :)

I love and appreciate you anyways A

Unknown:

Hello, hello this is the Borealis experience. I'm

Unknown:

your host Aurora. I'm going for a walk today with my dog, it is

Unknown:

snowing, my cell phone is getting wet. And I might sound a

Unknown:

little bit out of breath. But I'm stubborn enough to say, I

Unknown:

want to record this meditation today for you. Thank you so much

Unknown:

for spending some time with me today. I really appreciate you.

Unknown:

And now let's get started. Find a comfortable seat. Or as usual,

Unknown:

lay down on the floor. Please don't be driving a car or

Unknown:

bicycle, or operate any machinery. Be in a peaceful,

Unknown:

quiet room.

Unknown:

Or maybe you're sitting on a bus and a train and have your

Unknown:

headphones in and you can just relax and close your eyes.

Unknown:

Last meditation I mentioned already I want to talk about

Unknown:

effortlessness because effortlessness brings us

Unknown:

incredible peace and lets us act from a very authentic place and

Unknown:

it's just very genuine and beautiful. So, this episode,

Unknown:

this meditation is for days where you feel really shitty

Unknown:

about yourself. I think we all have those days. And maybe if

Unknown:

you're a person who watches the news on Ragda and have been hit

Unknown:

hard by the COVID the Coronavirus, then this episode

Unknown:

is exactly right for you.

Unknown:

So sit down, lay down, close your eyes.

Unknown:

If you lay down let your whole body sink heavily into your mat

Unknown:

or into the floor.

Unknown:

If you sit up straight, adjust your pelvis. Maybe go back to my

Unknown:

first couple meditations I offered here to really listen to

Unknown:

how you should feel and sit when you chose to sit.

Unknown:

Tuck your chin slightly elongate your neck

Unknown:

and place your hands on your heart

Unknown:

feel your heartbeat

Unknown:

Feel your breath

Unknown:

maybe you can hear the snow under my boots

Unknown:

I'm here with you

Unknown:

and today I want to tell you

Unknown:

no matter what you did in your past, no matter what people did

Unknown:

to you in the past

Unknown:

maybe

Unknown:

today was the day you hurt someone disappointed someone

Unknown:

just let that all float away from you

Unknown:

know that you can reconcile. You can apologize.

Unknown:

You can forgive

Unknown:

maybe you feel especially uncomfortable in your body.

Unknown:

Maybe

Unknown:

you feel I know that you have

Unknown:

too many kilos.

Unknown:

You're struggling with obesity.

Unknown:

Maybe you're struggling with other discomforts

Unknown:

that makes you feel shitty about yourself.

Unknown:

Tune back into your breath.

Unknown:

Keep your hands pressed onto your heart

Unknown:

and know that you're endlessly worthy.

Unknown:

Know that pretty much everything can be forgiven and has to be

Unknown:

forgiven by you

Unknown:

know that there's always a way out.

Unknown:

Sometimes it just takes time and patience

Unknown:

know that you

Unknown:

You will be a different person tomorrow. When you go to bed

Unknown:

tonight,

Unknown:

and

Unknown:

really trust that you will be forgiven, you can ask for

Unknown:

forgiveness, you will have the courage

Unknown:

to step outside again and feel good with yourself

Unknown:

that this is just temporary

Unknown:

tune back into your breath.

Unknown:

Take a deep inhale

Unknown:

and exhale

Unknown:

maybe it was another person, an outsider that made you feel

Unknown:

really shitty about yourself.

Unknown:

Maybe there's someone with depression,

Unknown:

who can really see you at the moment who can appreciate you

Unknown:

can't give you the approval that you are longing for.

Unknown:

Maybe it is an impatient person or person who's struggling with

Unknown:

him or herself and they can't

Unknown:

treat you respectfully at the moment.

Unknown:

And maybe it's just a cleaner. So

Unknown:

who took his shit out on you

Unknown:

just know that

Unknown:

you are you. And you can choose now to channel that energy out

Unknown:

of your chest. Breathe out that negative energy

Unknown:

inhale deeply

Unknown:

and then exhale again.

Unknown:

Maybe you are a parent and your children just drove you nuts

Unknown:

today.

Unknown:

Just know that they are to doing their best.

Unknown:

And don't mean to really annoy you

Unknown:

know that taking this time for you. Those couple of minutes no,

Unknown:

is so, so precious. And you can be so proud of yourself that you

Unknown:

choose to take a break from all of this and tune back into

Unknown:

yourself

Unknown:

know that tomorrow is another day.

Unknown:

But you can also chose that

Unknown:

URL clear,

Unknown:

beautiful, unique

Unknown:

wonderful person after this meditation

Unknown:

if the pain is too big, the wounds are too deep.

Unknown:

Know that it is okay at times to be in pain and to suffer.

Unknown:

Because suffering is part of our lives and we can't run away from

Unknown:

it.

Unknown:

The main thing is that you don't give up

Unknown:

that you stay connected to yourself and that you're able to

Unknown:

relative ate it. So really see the big picture and see how much

Unknown:

it is affecting you

Unknown:

how much it should affect you in order to change something in the

Unknown:

future.

Unknown:

This is all we can learn from shitty feelings, shitty

Unknown:

situations. feeling really bad about ourselves.

Unknown:

Tune back into your breath.

Unknown:

Inhale deeply, and an exhale again.

Unknown:

Do this for a couple of times.

Unknown:

Appreciate the cold air coming in the hot air floating out of

Unknown:

your mouth or nose again.

Unknown:

Now bring your hands in prayer position in front of your hand

Unknown:

heart. Sorry.

Unknown:

Bow your head down

Unknown:

for your mind

Unknown:

down to your heart

Unknown:

and send deep appreciation and to your heart

Unknown:

your endless

Unknown:

See where See you can be forgiven. You can ask for

Unknown:

forgiveness. And you can also let feelings of anger and

Unknown:

resentment flowed out of you. You don't have to hold on to it.

Unknown:

I'm sending my love out to you. This was a meditation with me

Unknown:

Aurora, your host

Unknown:

on the Borealis experience.

Unknown:

I hope I was able to bring you value and peace and love.

Unknown:

Thank you so much for spending a little bit of time with me today

Unknown:

on my

Unknown:

snow walk. Until next time, bye bye
