This week Haley and Alyssa catch us up on their adventures this past weekend at the Taylor swift concert in Nashville and shooting content in Clermont, Florida for the One Water race! We also had quite a few exciting mail bag questions, so we chat about carbon shoes, blood testing, pre-races nerves, and a lot more.

We also had the pleasure of getting to hear from Jackie Yost when Haley met her last week in Florida. She tells us about how she got her start in the sport, the community she has built, and being an athlete as a mom! Jackie is a role model to triathletes of all levels, and we are so glad we were able to speak with her!!
