Many Catholic schools have a desire to help their students learn more about meditation and relaxation techniques. In a stressful and complex modern word it makes sense that we would want to help young people learn these skills. But what about eastern style mediation and mysticism? Does it have a place in a Catholic school? In this episode I want to share some thoughts with you about how we can explore this important issue and promote what’s best about our own Catholic tradition.
