Shownotes

 Hey. Hi, howdy. It's Daisy.

Listen to me fumble through my first podcast.

Most of my bloopers are alive & well and included for your pleasure.

There's an idea that what you see is all there is.

Try something new every month is not about escaping from the problems at hand.

It's about increasing your skills and maybe even thinking outside of your comfort zone.

My newest new thing is Podcasting.

I went to a conference and met some people and took a podcast course and BLAMMOI!

Here's Episode 1.

This is a private podcast. Chances are ... You know me. Here's my voice. Mistakes and all.

What are you working on these days? I would love to know.

Want to chat about it "on air"?

Email me at daisy@dobedo.io. Let's make it happen.

How'd you get where you are and what's moving you forward?

Where are you going next?

Alternatively, you can go to dobedo.io and enter your email.

You'll be sent over to my email capture. And you'll receive a couple of emails from me.

You might be up to branding or violin or art or skating or surfing or snowboarding or starting a nonprofit or doing standup comedy or building a house out of mud.

Whatever it is, I'm into it && I wanna talk with you about it.

do do! Be do be do.

See ya

Transcripts

Hey. Hi, howdy. It's Daisy. Welcome to do Dooby. Dooby Doo, my podcast. Hey. Hi, howdy, it's Daisy. Welcome to my podcast. I gotta turn this metronome off. I'm starting a podcast. It's called, I'm actually starting a whole business. I did start a whole business, try something new every month. I have a product for sale.

It's $27. It's called Try something new every month and twice monthly. I reach out to you, whoever's in my program, and I encourage you to try something new every month. Do do be do, be do. There's reasoning behind it based in neuroscience. That repetition is important for motivation. Repetition, repetition, repetition.

There's an idea that what you see is all there is. And I know that I've lived through times in my life where most of what I saw or maybe heard more importantly was negative, bad, bad, bad, bad. And I want you to have somewhere to go. I want you to have somewhere that you can go to just hear, not toxic positivity, but just someone encouraging you to try something new.

Try something new this month. It's not about trying something new every day or.

Escaping from the problems at hand. It's just about increasing your skills and maybe thinking outside the box, think outside the box. There's a lot of talk about building skills upon each other. Just on top of, on top of, on top of, on top of layering, layering, layering, planning, moving forward. In a specific way, but I actually think that there's a lot of paths toward life and I'm not gonna really tell you what to try.

I'm just gonna be a voice that is encouraging you to try, try. So welcome to my podcast. Try, try. It's called Try something every month where I encourage you, the listener, to try something new every month. Try, try. Sometimes I'll talk about what I'm trying. And believe me, I am trying new things — I mean, welcome to my podcast.

I'm even trying new things within my podcast. Today I have a pop filter, and yesterday I did not, whoosh. I had like a, let's see what it's called, a foam wind screen. But I'm from Connecticut and one thing about people from Connecticut is that we really enunciate our teas and our peas, and that doesn't sound good in a microphone.

Sounds real poppy.

Try. Try, dry. Try. There's an episode of Orange is the New Black where the jail dude. Correctional facility. Correctional officer. Yeah. I think this was called the Correctional Officer. Lets one of the inmates take over the airwaves.

And he just gives her a warning like, okay, but don't pop your peas. Anyways, that's been popping up in my mind a lot lately when I'm listening to my self-talk on the radio or whatever. This is called podcast. This is not the radio. This is a podcast. When I'm listening to myself talk on the podcast— It's called try something new every month with Daisy @ Dobedo.io.

So one thing about podcasts is that you need guests, and I'm passing this primitive podcast along to you because I would like to chat with you about what it is that you do chat with you. There's something called a Dream 100 list that's you when you get into the marketing of a sustainable online business.

When you reach out to 100 people. That's you that you dream of having on the show. That's you. That's you. See, that's what I said. It's you. I would love it so much if you would come chat with me about what it is that you do about moving forward, about trying something new, about what you tried that set you on the path you were at today.

How'd you get where you came to about what's moving you forward? Where are you going next?

So if you're into that, Are you into moving forward, send me a quick email real quick. That is d a i s y. Do b e d o.io. Daisy doby do io.

Alternatively, watch me mess this up more. Alternatively, alternatively, alternatively, alternatively, you can Yikes, Daisy.

Alternatively, you can go to dooo.io and just sign up for an email.

You'll be sent over to my email capture, which at the moment is everything that I have on my homepage, but there's more. And you'll receive a couple of emails from me. Yeah, emails. This would've asked you to respond, and if you just go ahead and respond, that's that's gonna get you right to me in my email.

Hi. I know you're listening to this now. Probably not at your desk, but it's pretty easy. D a i s y at d o b e D o.io. Daisy dooo do io. Just send me a message. It says, Hey, what's up girl? Uh, I'm kind of into this now.

Here's a few things that we could talk about and I'll get back with you. So whether that is, Branding or violin or art or skating or surfing or snowboarding or starting a nonprofit or doing standup comedy or this one's good. Building a house out of mud. Whatever it is, I'm into it and into it. I wanna talk with you about it.

Let's chat about it. See ya. Email me. Doo do do doo doo. Hey. Hi, howdy. It's Daisy. Welcome to my podcast. It's called Try Something New. Why? I encourage you to try something new every month.

1, 2, 3, 4, doo dooo. Hey. Hi, howdy. It's Daisy. Welcome to my podcast. Try something new. Why I encourage you to try something new every month. I keep forgetting the name of my podcast. Okay. 1, 2, 3, 4. Do do, Hey, it's Daisy. Welcome to my podcast. Try something new every month where I encourage you to try something new every month.
