This one was tough. Harder to record than I thought it would be. As we begin wrapping up Season 1, several listeners said hearing my story, of raising a child with a mental illness, really resonated with them. So, today is an update of how things are going with my girl.

It has been a really hard few months and talking about it was emotional but helpful. I hope those who listen have more empathy for those of us on this journey. And for my sisters in the struggle, I am praying for you!
