Previously, he was the Chief Marketing & Digital Officer of Versace globally, based in Milan and helping to lead the revival of the brand, the digitalisation of the company and its channels, and the consolidation and growth of its e-commerce business. He joined Donatella after four years as Burberry’s VP of Creative Media & Marketing across the marketing, creative and digital development departments. Previously to his time in fashion, Paul founded and ran his own creative agency, called Anomaly, where he ran the London office and was lead partner on Converse, Umbro, Diesel, Skype, and Sony. Paul spoke about his career to date, the biggest work challenges he has experienced and what he learnt from these. He also talked about how the luxury markets differ and what that means as a marketer, as well as looking at how the current crisis is impacting luxury brands. Aimed at senior marketing and business leaders, this open and honest talk and discussion will give you a valuable insight into Paul’s leadership journey as he shared the lessons learned and valuable tips and tools that could prove valuable within your own role.
