Do you see yourself as a leader? I often hear this response, “no, definitely not”. I think there are so many definitions of what it means to be a leader. It could be in your profession, family, community, etc, and at some level we have the opportunity to lead. This episode is about taking the lead in your life, and the beginning of a conversation on what that actually means. We will start with you and “your genius”. We all have an inner genius whether we recognize that or not, we do. So today I am going to help you find your genius, and explore why it’s important to get to know them so that you can lead and leverage this in your life.
