Shownotes
There is a gap between where most individuals are now and what they believe they are truly capable of. Most of the time that gap is HUGE. Our special guest Diane Allen pulls back the curtains and brings us on the stage to step into the flow state.
Who is Diane Allen? In her own words, "I spent years training to become a professional violinist. Feeling bulletproof with my New York City violin training, I was completely caught off guard when my nerves would get the better part of me during auditions. Unable to show my high skill level under high pressure, I struggled to get work.
After 10 years of trial and error, I found that when I got into the music and into my flow state, my nerves would go away, I’d achieve personal bests daily, and I tapped into the energy of influence. So I made getting into flow a repeatable process.
As a result, I became the concertmaster (lead violinist) of the Central Oregon Symphony for 15 years.
With my Copper Dragon Violin in hand, I now deliver keynote performances that combine music, visuals, psychology, and neuroscience along with the specific steps to deeply engage, refuel, tap into creativity, and become fully utilized. Through my proprietary three-step system audience members learn to access the peak performance that already exists within them, make it a repeatable process, and discover how to exude their influential energy and lead."
