I met Larry Mitchell back in the late 80's.  He's a very soft-spoken gentleman and then you see him on stage with guitar and he becomes an electrifying rock star.  Larry rocks the guitar like nobody's business.

Larry is a Grammy award-winning producer, engineer and performed who has toured with Tracy Chapman, Billy Squier, Ric Ocasek and Miguel Bose.  Larry skillfully weaves guitar textures that show his true talents not only as a solo artist but also as an ensemble player.

Larry has released 7 solo records and won a San Diego Music Award for best pop jazz artist.  He also won 26 New Mexico Music Awards as a producer-engineer in various categories.

Larry's unique style of rock, funk, jazz and blues will leave you hooked.  His current band The Larry Mitchell trio perform prince-inspired funk rhythms and melodic soundscapes for your listening pleasure.
