About our Guests

Lee Eyerman

Lee is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential by assisting them in discovering their life’s passions and providing guidance to help them meet their goals. Lee believes each of us are beautiful and unique individuals with a grand personal purpose to be fulfilled. He is a lifelong proponent of career and technical education that includes life skills, soft skills, and most importantly, human behavior skills so people are prepared to thrive in adulthood. As an educator, Lee spent over 16 years teaching students career and life skills in order for them to find rewarding careers in the business and technology industries. Prior to teaching, Lee was a corporate attorney working in corporate mergers and acquisitions in NJ and NYC. Lee holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Juris Doctor degree in Law. He is retired in good standing from the State of NJ Bar and holds multiple teaching licenses in New York and Idaho. Lee is excited about developing his mind, body and spirit further as part of the 3andB community.

John Hunt

John has been a science educator for six years, his Bachelor’s is in secondary education. He has really enjoyed his time as a teacher and getting to know his students but now wants to go beyond the scope of the science curriculum. He wants to provide students with the tools to be successful and make the best of many situations, which involves controlling emotions and harnessing them for something greater. He is also a human resource manager and nerdy-bodybuilder. He is now adding video editor, digital designer, and co-founder/CEO titles to his list of skills to help make this 3andBoat float. He also makes time for fun as a musician and guitar player. He plays in several bands in his local music scene. He believes that we are all capable of many great feats. This requires desire, the will to act, and discipline to sustain and maintain progress. He hopes to get others passionate about improving themselves and the world around them. John is excited to learn and grow more through his 3andB journey and help others along the way. He is a firm believer in the GOYB (Get-Off-Your-Butt) Principle and the power of small and consistent habits building towards a better life.
