We have one coffee cocktail and one fizzy cocktail as our cocktails of the week.
We start with the coffee and then celebrate with the fizz
Our first is the Coffee & Tonic. You’ll need
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Tanqueray 10 gin
- 60ml cold brew coffee and
- 120ml premium tonic water
METHOD
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
- Add the gin, coffee, and top with the tonic
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a grapefruit zest
