And that's the thing, you know, and you think about how many days of that and cleanup and everything else and, and man, with, with H vac systems getting so much more complex because it's not just putting in the, the gas fired, you know, heat in there.

That's a central air system in an AC unit maybe, you know.

We're now seeing ERVs.

So much better than Johnny's in Columbia here because you should see what they do for water heaters down there.

They don't heat water to the bathroom.

They have an instant water heater that goes in line to the shower head that they run a 20amp electrical circuit over to and the wires are exposed, including the connectors.
Speaker E:
And you just stay in the shower and the hot water comes out of there and it makes it right at the shower head and it looks like some kind of Jack Kevorkian shower system.
Speaker E:
It's not good.
Speaker D:
People don't get electrocuted.
Speaker D:
I mean, I hope to God no, but like that doesn't seem okay.
Speaker C:
Nah, it just tingles a little bit.
Speaker C:
No kidding.
Speaker C:

And it's not everywhere.

I mean there are water.
