I had a lovely chat a few days ago with my good buddy, sometime collaborator and ex flat-mate Conor Morrissey. 

Conor has been directing various drama projects in the UK and Ireland for the last few years and is one of the most passionate film buffs I know. That is to say that his arrogant, superior attitude to discussing the screen arts never fails to leave me open mouthed with contempt.

Conor, as you will hear also has a very insidious way of pulling at the seams of my fragile ego until I am a disoriented wreck screaming into the abyss where love once promised to be. Why do I do this to myself?
